I have a OnePlus One which in itself is a pretty decently sized phablet so I had my concerns while going for an iPad. But I went with it because of the major overhaul it was getting hardware wise over the iPad air. I must say, I do not regret buying this utterly sexy device. I work in an MNC and I get very little time to use my gadgets but I am now guilty of using all that limited time on the iPad. I have done away with newspapers. Reading on this thing is a treat. The apps are great. The games, all of them work great, stutter free. There's a premier feel about this tablet. Productivity wise, Apple's apps take the cake. They make my job so very easy. Movies are crisp and seamless. Sound is amazing for a portable device. At least as good as HTC's Google Nexus 9. If one needs a premium, reliable tablet, I find no reason why one would not want to get this. Love this thing. And the best part ? The hardware in this is so powerful, I am pretty sure, it will last me for the next 2 years AT LEAST. Let it be noted, the Touch ID is so smooth, you will fall in love with it and any other security mechanism like passwords, Android-y patterns will irritate you.

This iPad Air 2 is right on money. The only reason I got it was because of 2 GB RAM, 1.4 times faster CPU and 2.5 times faster GPU compared to iPad Air 1. Finally touch ID on a tablet which actually works 99% of the time. iOS 8 does have few bugs and glitches. But I am sure these issues will be sorted out by Apple in a future update. After a week of use, my iPad has nicely settled down in terms of indexing and memory usage. System inspector (app) indicates that I have 1250 MB free RAM after closing all apps from multi-tasking tray. Compare that to Air 1 which never had more than 500 MB free space at any given point of time. If I have to be critical of iPad Air 2, the whole chassis is so thin and light. The speakers are more powerful than last year's model. This causes the whole iPad to vibrate when one turns up the speaker volume to max. But I mostly use earphones so I am unaffected by this. There is really no fix for this problem as it is due to limitations of being just 6.1 mm thin. Apple also had to sacrifice roughly 15% battery size due to thinness. Apart from that, this tablet may be the most futureproof tablet ever released by Apple. It's a far bigger and better upgrade than you can imagine. This model is expected to be well supported for 3 years at least. Hence I urge everyone to buy this tablet confidently.

Its simply amazing.. Best iPad ever.... its really light and it feels great in your hands not incredibly light....Touch ID, Great camera, anti glare screen, a more laminated looking screen which is stunning to view from any angle, and the most powerful mobile processor the A8X... 2GB Ram works great for Multitasking... Tabs dont really reload even if i open 10 of them... 15/10

This is my first purchase of an Apple product & it will be my last. I bought it for my mother to read e-books and news and to watch youtube. I could have gone for any other android tablet, but was curious about the much hyped Apple-experience. And, let me tell you without any exaggeration, it's a bummer! Apple doesn't even come close to matching the freedom and flexibility of use when compared to android devices. Apple is just form over substance. I know they make a big deal about iOS being very secure compared to android, but its not very difficult to learn to take care of your online security if your are careful while browsing, while installing apps and while providing personal and financial information online. If you know how to use a windows PC safely without installing any antivirus then you are better off with android. The 8.3 upgrade to iOS has made the file explorer/transfer apps such as iExplorer and iFunbox unusable, which just renders iPad even less user friendly. To give credit where it is due, I must say the screen is great, but certainly not better than the best offered on android devices.

It's thinner than before. It's lighter than before and much more powerful than ever before. The best iPad till date and that according to me makes it pretty much the best tablet till date. The touch ID implementation is flawless and works like a charm. Basically if you've got the budget I don't think there's a better tablet you can buy.

Perfect device for me ... Excellent performance for all types apps Good processing power Easy to use and operate due to its light weight... And the design is fabulous. My suggestion to all buyers - buy this if you really needed the iPad for your professional work.

Camera quality as mentioned in the description is not 8 MP Primary Camera & 1.2 MP Front Camera. Charges get heated at both the power supply point and the port at which it gets connected with the device which in turn heats the device
