Get the CASHBACK when you as (User or Buyer) shop on Merchants like Amazon, Flipkart etc. via SCANCOST.
Merchant pay Commission to SCANCOST known as affiliates for referring users to the merchant’s website and make a purchase. and we share most of this commission with user.
How it Works
1. Join or Sign in to SCANCOST
2. Shop at your favorite shops like (Flipkart, Amazon, PayTM, TataCliq etc.) via SCANCOST
3. Receive CASHBACK to User account dashboard in 3-5 working days with status as PENDING
4. Once you have Rs.200 or more and Cashback status is CONFIRMED, redeem Cashback to your bank account or as Amazon/Flipkart Gift cards
All transactions user make are not with us, but with the individual Merchant.
The cashback or credit that are credited to user account are the commission that the Merchant provide us directly or indirectly. In case the merchant fails or refuse to give the credit then we have the full right to cancel or take cashback or credit back from user account.
from time to time Merchant may increase or decrease the commission paid – in which case the cashback offer illustrated on our Site may be incorrect. By default, your applicable transactions will be credited in line with the commission reported to us by the Merchant, which may be more or less than the advertised rate. We shall not be liable for any difference in the expected cashback by the user and the actual Cashback received by the user.
When we have traced Cashback to your Account, we will credit your Account with a 'PENDING' Cashback, user can check their pending cashback from user dashboard. Once the Merchant confirms the transaction, the payment will be marked as 'CONFIRMED' and this can take 90 days or more from the date of the purchase.
If the goods are returned or the sale reversed or amended by any means, then the cashback payment will not be made. Apart from the Merchant, it is also mandatory for the user to intimate SCANCOST about any returns or exchanges for which they might have earned cashback unduly.
Further, in the event that the Merchant feels that the purchase is not genuine for any reason whatsoever and we do not receive any Cashback for the transaction, the user will not receive any Cashback.
When a User sends us an enquiry on missing cashback, our system would check if the user had an exit click from our site for that store on the date mentioned by the user. If no exit clicks can be tracked, then we will show or send a message to the user indicating that they did not click via our website to earn cashback prior to the sale. All exit clicks to stores are saved in the database for cross reference on adding cashback values. If a Merchant still hasn't paid a manual commission claim after a period of six months, then we reserve the right to close the enquiry claim. All payment for Missing Cashback is only applicable in instances where the Merchant pays the Company.
We shall not be held responsible if the Retailer fails to report a sale to us. Further, we shall not be responsible in the event due to some technical or other error we cannot trace a sale back to the user. Whilst we will endeavor to recuperate non-payments from the Retailer, the decision of ourselves, the Retailer or Retailer's tracking agent is final.
We reserve the right to reclaim or make balance adjustments accordingly where it has been established that any credit has been applied in error. This will include but is not limited to transactions where the credit is not genuinely due or payment for any credited transaction has not been received from a Retailer or its agencies and/or misuse or fraud. This can include transactions which are already marked as payable or validated in your Account, or for transactions which have already been paid over to user.
User must be logged in to get cashback as every user is provided a unique “User ID”, which is essential for successful tracking of cashbacks. User must go to the merchant site through SCANCOST.com in order to avail your cashback.
If any error is made by SCANCOST while crediting cashback amount to user SCANCOST account, then we reserve the right to correct it without any notice.
For the avoidance of doubt and notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or the Website, user agree that in all circumstances payment of Cashback is at our sole discretion and further we may refuse to make payment of Cashback to user for any reason including but not limited to non-payment or late payment by the Merchant.
You can withdraw your validated cashback when you have at least Rs.200 in your Account and CASHBACK status is CONFIRMED. After the return period ends, Cashback status will automatically change from PEDNING to CONFIRMED
This Agreement of your use of this Site does not
constitute any joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship
between you and SCANCOST.
