There is not a better tablet at this price in this world. I have used it for couple of weeks and I have already kept my ipad aside in my cupboard. I was rooting for NEXUS 7 2nd GEN but let me tell you guys it won't come before JAN. And the price of 32 GB won't be any less than 22,000 . So guys buy this or wait for another 3 months to get the 2nd version for double the price. And yes I got it for 12,350 Reasons u need to seriously buy this- 1) It is the cheapest A NEXUS will ever go 2) Best for gaming . This 7 inch monster is even better than my IPAD 3 because of its size and its perfect balance in my hand. Let me tell u this I have played NOVA 3, FIFA 14, ASPHALT 8, REAL RACING 3, REAL FOOTBALL, IRONMAN 3. These games are all above 1 GB. I am a hardcore gamer and when i tell u its good, it really is good. 3)1000 Times better than GALAXY tab3 or 2 or any available model. My friend has it and I have compared it thoroughly. 4) Preety good screen resolution (again better than galaxy tab and ipad mini) 5) Excellent Processor (it just stops at nothing - 2 heavy games , 1 pendrive attached , 1 1080p video playing, Play Store open) 6) Support External Pendrive - so don't be worried about storage(just use an OTG Cable) 7) Sleek good back surface for holding in hand and yes its light weight too 8) U get Latest versions of ANDROID as soon as they are launched. - I am waiting for my KITKAT to be released.

At 10k, it is not only has the best features from a well-known brand, it has the best features from any brand, period! Compared with Galaxy Tab 3 Wi-Fi @12.5k it is better in every respect be it screen resolution, screen quality, processor, battery backup, Andriod version, internal memory. The only downside is that it is 30 grams heavier and doesn't support a MicroSD card. I had no plans of buying a tablet, but when the price dropped to 10 frakking k, I simply couldn't resist. It's a STEAL for this price. And now after using it for 3 days, it is money very well spent. Performance is very smooth and all graphics-intensive games play without any lag. So if lack of MicroSD slot is not a deal-breaker for you, don't think twice and buy it. Even if your budget is, say 20k, you would do better to get this and save the remaining 10k. There is absolutely no point in going for tablets like Galaxy Tab 3 8.0, when you can get most of the features in less than half the price (In fact, Nexus 7 has better screen sharpness and processor!)

Holy crap i bought this tablet for freaking 20,000 rupees an year ago. How can they slash the rates so much. Anyways its a great device. quite handy... here are some pros and cons. Pros 1. Updates: nexus devices are the first to get the updates from google, in any other brand one will have to wait for 1 or 2 months to get the updates. 2. Stock Android 3. works with zero lag 4. looks: tablet looks amazing with a nexus logo an back. 5. highly responsive touch 6. can survive rough use: I have been playing all kinds of high end games everyday on the device, still the device works fabulous as it was bought yesterday. Cons 1. wifi only: In this device you can only use internet using wifi so in india basically its a device which can be used in home, colleges or offices. You cannot use internet on nexus7 while travelling. 2. Battery: Battery backup is fair 5-6 hours on moderate brightness and 2-3 hours while playing high end games 3. takes way too long to boot 4. weak wifi antenna: On a same wifi network my samsung note 2 shows full network whereas in nexus 7 it will show only 50% 5. speaker and camera: speaker is not up to the mark, and there should have been a rear camera to take pictures

I got the Google nexus 7 two days ago and Flipkart service was fantastic, i got the n7 within 2 days. Now coming to the product, Since this is a google product. There is no need to wait for updates. As we know updates are really essential in getting the maximum performance of your device. As soon as i connected to wifi i got the notification for latest 4.3 update. The device is now more smoother than previous jelly bean version. The 4325 mah Battery easily last for a day with a usage of 6hrs+ screen on time Which includes gaming and HD movie playback. Now coming to the graphics, Nvidia Tegra 3 relly does the job. Gaming is totally awesome, one can also tell this a gaming tablet. People who want to play HD games in full graphics. Just buy this one.I tested some high graphics graphics like Asphalt 8, Ganstar Vegas, Gangstar Rio, Dungeon Hunter, Riptide 2 every game was maxed out and there was no lags. Multitasking is so fast due to 1GB ram. People who own this device can forget the word lagging. So finally this device really stands out for the price. People whose budget is more say around 25k, then you can wait and go for the nexus 2013. But for now a 32GB storage with all the other mighty features at a price of 13999 is a really a heavenly offer. Thanks to Flipkart.

When 7' Tabs came to market I really did not understand point of making 7' device, it useless to fulfill a laptop or a Phone. But when I started taking most of technical courses online holding laptop for hrs I felt need for a portable device like a Tablet. I was searching for laptop replacing tablet like a convertible but at this time there is no decent laptop replacing win 8 tablet. So About Nexus 7. Job well done Google. This is very refined android experience and I liked it. Hardware is very decent 1 GB Ram, Tegra 3, 720p Screen, this was 2012's high end. but mid level in 2013. Screen and resolution of this tab is decent, very good color reproduction and text looks crisp. PDFs, Google books look very good. Tegra 3 is a gaming processor, it has 12 core GPU, what else we need on a tablet. After upgrading to Android 4.3 tablet feels very fast and some of operation such as app switching is much faster. Cons: No Primary Camera, I do not want to look like a fool taking pic with tablet. 16GB space only, I can connect Pen drive to it with OTG cable so no need for extra space. Speaker quality is certainly not very good but headphones works good. Internet Connectivity limited to WIFI, I tethered my phones 3G connection to connect to tab all time, why waste 6k more on 3G variant. I after using it for last 4-5 days I can say it is best tablet (not based on price point but performance) to people who wants to read books/pdfs/docs, watch movies/ courser.org videos, play decent games(all THD games on google play are high end and optimized for Tegra 3 i.e. Nx7). For a 7 incher 1080p resolution and 2GB ram seems pointless to me as it is not a device which can be with u all time like a phone or replace your laptop.

Now I am using (Sorry to say I bought this tab for my 4 years old daughter, but I am not able to keep it down) this tab for last 10 days & here is my experience. Pros : - Excellent Display, smooth touch. - No lag, whatsoever - All HD games are playable. - Excellent Wifi Connectivity - Immediate update to JellyBean 4.3 - Book reading is fabulous. - Internet Browsing while moving around the house (one of best feature). - Skype video chat is excellent. - 16 GB memory is far more than enough. - Pure Android experience. - Tab is hardly an year old. - Overall excellent tab in Rs.10,000/- (no other premium tab comes at this price) * you can install apps from PC. * when you start it up for first time, it asks for wifi but you can simply override that & use it without wifi. Don't buy this tab if you are seeking - Rear Camera - Internet on the go (wifi is must) - Voice Calling Tabs are usually not meant for Voice Calling. So we are left with only two reasons for not buying this tab. Even Internet out of wifi area issue can be solved using portable wifi hotspot of your internet -connected mobile. So now only one reason not to go for it is your photography passion. Every other reason is there to go for it. one more point - Battery lasts upto 7 to 8 hrs on heavy use.

First,let me say that i was very skeptical as i read a lot of bad reviews about this tab regarding the problems.But later as i started researching further and further,i realised that these were just some minor manufacturing flaws...every company has a product that causes some minor problems from time to time..I checked the device when i got it from inch to inch and i don't see any trouble..It's working fine as i'm typing this very moment. 1.The Flickering screen while powering on:-This is usually caused because the inside battery wire is not connected properly as it is short.Just remove the back cover(your own risk) and just remove and plug in the battery wire and power it so it should work now.If your battery is completely drained,just let it charge for christ's sake, 2.Screen lifting:-The screws are not tightened properly so that's why its causing it. 3.Stuck at X logo..Just google on how to boot to recovery menu and wipe away the data and restore the factory firmware. I would like to mention that Asus/Google are not dumping these products here in India due to the low prices.Try to google and research before complaning here.If you don't like Flipkart than be my guest and order it from somewhere else.

I was little skeptic since I ve never seen it in real . Just a handful of reviews on web got me hooked to it . But it beats my expectation hands-down . Consider this : If you compare it S3 , this has similar specs + Twice screen size but no calling 3G internet (which you can get around16000) . But then one can buy a decent 10000 phone for Calls and Teetering net to the Nexus7 and still have 5000 with him/her and I can bet it way better a Gaming / Video / Reading experience in this one that an S3 or even a Note 2 and also it doesn't make you look like a clone . Yes there may be a pocketablity issue for some . This is as big as a novel . But it offers Gaming / Reading / Browsing experience the way it should be . Comparing it with iPad. Yeah it almost like 60-70% screen size of an iPad(3) and a whole 17000 the price. I feel if you can carry an iPad around you can carry a laptop as well . Get a decent laptop around 20000 use it for full fledged browsing experience . Buy a Nexus 7 and a laptop then. Flipkart delivered it in two days . Nicely packed . I was able to track it with the new widget on the tracking page . way to go flipkart . I am only waiting when flipkart starts delivering Groceries .

Packaging is amazing, and the design is awesome. Very good display quality. Looks and feels premium in every way. Updates to 4.3 when you try to find out the Android version. About 170MB downloads. I have not run any benchmark testing with regard to performance, but with the quad processor, really how bad can it be? With google, you generally get Android updates faster than other top end android devices (Samsung S4s are still on 4.2). Plenty of space to install apps, unless you waste the premium space by storing movies, videos. There is no expandable storage that can prevent from it becoming a complete mobile entertainment centre. But you can always attach a Pen drive using an extra micro-USB cable that you can obtain from electronic shops. (But it doesn't look good, having a cable-pen-drive attached to such a sleek device. An eye-sore really) The new Nexus 7 2013 would be out soon, to be priced at twice this one. I do not see significant features over the existing Nexus 7 to pay the premium. Except the primary camera, there is hardly anything you would miss. So for this price, as everyone keeps saying.. Go for it :)

1st of all Thanks to flipkarts super fast delivery i ordered the product on friday night and received it on sunday morning and was packed very nicely.. Now lets talk of the device.. 1st of all .... The device looks totally awesome ....feels way better than many budget android tabs. (Feels Premium) Performance wise i did not encounter any lag at all and the device is pretty snappy and performs well thanks.. Gaming performance of the device is totally awesome i compared it to my samsung galaxy tab 7.0 plus and noticed a huge difference ... both were able to run Asphalt 8 loading time was less in the nexus7 whereas the tab 7.0 plus took a lot of time as compare to nexus 7. Nexus 7 ran the game with 0 lags... now the display... its crystal clear and crisp. The colors are perfect. It charms the eyes. Battery backup is good enough. speaker quality is good. But no primary camera thats the disadvantage. now benchmarks: Quadrant score is 3600 Did not try any more benchmarking apps till now. According to me one should buy this device without thinking much.. Yes the 2nd gen Nexus 7 would be better than this device but guys see the price difference.. Nexus 7 1st gen for 10k is a deal to steal .... Buy is for sure and FLIPKART U ROCK !!!!
