Hi All, I am using the same for last 1 week. Very nice device. Found no problem. You go ahead for it. Review after 2 months of usage Pros. 1. Very nice device feel of luxury 2. Good display 3. Good Cam 4. No lags, Pretty fast 5. Call quality is very good 6. Sound quality is very good with Dolby effect 7. Negligible heating or no heating 8. Intelligent flip cover is very useful 9. A complete package of all accessories along with flip cover & screen guard 10.As usual flipkart delivery rocks. Cons. 1. Battery could have been bit more, gives max 8hrs backup after version 5 update. 2. Version 5.1 update is not available either OTA or in service center which could save battery. 3. Little bit touch panel unresponsive which is negligible. 4. Service center in Bengaluru is horrible, no service and very rough behaved people. No idea on other places. Overall a good budget phone, people can go for it. If the phone gets version 5.1 update OTA, will give 5 stars. Flipkart top management should talk to LAVA management.

About Flipkart 1st- I ordered Lava Iris X1 Grand on Fri 6 March and i was told that the item will be delivered by Tue 10...As being the first smartphone of mine i was very exited with the phone but very sad that i was getting the phone so late....But Thanks a lotttttt.....!!! Flipkart for your Superfast and amazing ,fabulous service....Unexpectedly On Sun i got msg (one of flipkarts service to keep us update regarding shipping...) saying phone will be delivered today... i have no words to express my excitement......I thanks Flipkart from bottom of my heart for this special gift... About Phone- At this range(got it for 6468 in Holi offer) its a complete dhamaka or combination of everything u need ...the phone gives almost everything u expect above 10k As it is giving u so much u should not expect a high quality camera and support for all 3D games.....Both front camera and rear one are decent and are far better wat we get in this range in other phones..(dont compare with Nokia at all...) I will tell u if u are crazy about games never think of this phone....but browsing is amazing ...and kind of performance i have seen till now its just speechless at this price again... The unique thing it gives is its smart flipcover which is not available for phones below 10k.... If u like brand (famous one) you can go with whichever u like... but as every one i took 1 month time to decide and i choose this instead of LENOVO Q800 ,RED MI and HONOR HOLLY.... Thank you....

This phone is killer. The camera is absolutely perfect of Iris X1 Grand. 8 MP camera at a price of 7k is totally unheard of and the picture quality even in the low light needs to be seen in order to believe. I am absolutely in love with it and the fact that it is so affordable. Kudos Lava. 5 stars

Lava never stops amazing with its state of the art devices. I bought the new Iris X1 Grand a few days back and got absolutely blown by its performance and standards. You can’t believe how fast and lag free the phone is. Thanks to its 1.3 GHz quad core processor and 1 GB RAM. The internal memory is of 8 GB which let’s face it, is not quite much but it can be upgraded to 32 GB via micro SD card. The Android Kit Kat interface is absolutely brilliant, but Lollipop is better. So, kudos to lava for assuring an upgrade to Lollipop. The 5 inch display is also quite clear and provides exceptional readability and is perfect for watching movies and playing games. The high quality dual speakers also give its music an edge over other smart phones. The 8 MP camera is also brilliant and offers HD video recording along with panorama, burst mode, face detection and much more. My poor darling husband’s always away on business trips but now I am always in touch with him through Skype! The camera on this phone lets him receive clear video images from me and vice versa! The sound quality is good enough for me to catch his every word… even my two poodles perk up when they hear his voice! It has a dual sim capacity which is ideal for someone like me.
