I loved their packaging. The box containing the CG Slate was very attractively designed and fun. t includes worksheets, stories, videos, quizzes and such making it like a book, educational videos on the internet, a personal tutor, online games, and tests all rolled in one. I would have liked to see a timer/alarm option to restrict screen time for kids. In all, the CG Slate is an economical and educational tablet for kids to explore and learn without the disturbances of advertisements and other not-so-kid-friendly features. It is sleek and easy to carry. It would make a great companion while traveling - right when the kids get bored and cranky.

Well the product has some software issues. Most of the time whenever my child clicks on a new chapter, it says "Module not present. Please check Memory SD card. Insert SD Card" Because of this, one cannot even go to the next level, and the CG Slate tablet seems to be of NO USE for the Kid to enjoy. The child cannot go further levels as most of the modules are not done because of this error. I guess the software on SD Card does NOT have ALL THE MODULES. It is better to buy another normal WI-FI TAB for kids so that they can enjoy.

Tab is not powering on....stopped working in just 3 months...logged complaint with lenovo customer care...support agency number is provided but no one ever answers or picks up the call...I would not recommend to buy this product due to bad quality and poor after sales service
