Initial Impressions Overall best phone in this budget. Display is good and vivid under bright sunlight as well you will not face any issue. Camera is great as expected in day light with many practical features though it takes a hit in low light but this can be solved with software update and GCAM is also under development so that should solve low light problem. Video quality is just awesome did 4k 60FPS a lil and the stabilization is much better when compare with other phones with OIS. Selfie camera mode will blow your mind with high quality image .. This is the best feature of the phone. Performance is top par with stock UI. Nothing to complaint here but could be better with RAM management. i guess optiflex is storing many apps in memory for fast loading and hence less free ram available. I did not had heating issue for now. Battery looks promising ..will comment after few days. The phone will feel heavy if you are used to light weight phones but i guess you will adjusted. Inhand feeling is good and doesn't feel thick because of the ergonomics. Wifi & cellular data 4g volte working as intended. Sound quality is good and loud on dual speakers and best through headphone jack. Provided earphones are of high quality and they sound superb with DTS and audio wizard. The only issue i face till now is the in call volume is low and sounds weird when you hear voice of other person. I heard this has been done intentionally for indian variant however it does not feel good and would advise ASUS india to keep it normal as it should be like other asus phones. Will post more after few more days.

Looking at the price point this phone is an all rounder.Camera is decent.Using for 3 days, no major issues found till now, but the phone is getting heated up on medium use, battery standby time(while doing nothing) is little poor. Can be fixed with software updates....

Writing the review after using for 7 days. Switched from iPhone 6 to this phone after comparing with Oneplus 7 for literally a week. Pros: Good GUI and Display, Cool face unlock, Most of the camera features are good except that mentioned in cons, Speed Cons: When placed on the desk you have to enter the PIN to unlock as fingerprint and camera are both on the backside. (this is my noticed major upset). Camera(In night light - Auto panorama clarity is bad, Slo-mo clarity in the night light is poor, not many options with the 48MP resolution, there is no Bokeh mode also portrait effect should be improved, Selfie wide-angle is not straight). The flip camera is making a little sound and I’m worried about its durability(coz whenever it gets touched while flipping the camera it stops there and gives us the feeling like the gears are getting failed). Consuming more RAM. Worried about the camera glass when placed on desk coz it’s the first thing that gets touched. Updated my review after recent Update. Will update the review again if something changes my opinion. Thanks.

i'm a fan of one+ mobiles ...but this guys jus came and deviated my thought of buying one+7...by showing some cool features....my first impression was soo nice and cool little bit heavy because of 5000 MaH battery and other than that every aspects of this phone was too gud..if u have any doubts of buying this phone plzz let me know guys..i'll help genuinely ....

Using this device for the last 48 hrs and here are the pros and cons as per my usability. Pros : 1. Desing and build quality is great. 2. Solid performance and good Ram Management 3. Superb battery life (easily stay for 1.5 days) 4. Camera is Good (See some cons also) 5. Really happy to get 3.5 headphone jack and FM radio Cons : 1. Putting the phone into the Case does not give a good feel in hand, slippery (Would have to buy another case) 2. Camera in Low light should be improved since it's the highlighted one for this device. 3. While taking calls , the voice looks unnatural and since it's done intentionally, would like to request Asus to revert this feature.

I was waiting for this phone for long. Bought this phone on the first day of its sale. This phone is just awesome. I used it fully since I bought it. The camera is just outstanding, I have checked the quality and all the features in both day and night. The best part of the camera is it is moving, auto panorama, motion detector and WIDE angle photography. Battery backup is great. Stereo sound is really loud and awesome. Mobile is handy and comfortable to use. This phone is best and fits to its price. Best phone.

I will only mention the cons because I paid 35k for this. 2k more than One plus 7 and about 8k more than upcoming Redmi k20 pro. 1) BATTEY: I am getting only 6 hrs of screen on time. similar to one plus 7s 3700 mAh battery performance. 6z 5000 mAh doesn't makes the difference. 2) 3.5 MM JACK: Is placed at bottom of phone which becomes an obstacle while using phone with an head phone, especially if you use your little finger to provide support at the bottom of phone when holding it. 3) EARPIECE: makes noise at full volume. 4) SCREEN: No AMOLED screen. Although display quality is good enough, 6.4 inch LCD screen draws substantial power affecting screen on time. Screen visibility is poor under sunlight. Auto brightness is not upto mark. Palm rejection is horrible. Lots of accidental press every now and then while scrolling or even when watching videos. 5) UFS 2.1: UFS 3.0 provided by one plus is much faster than 2.1. Although I didn't feel much difference, a faster storage would have been a welcome addition. IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO BUY ASUS 6Z I WOULD SUGGEST YOU TO WAIT TWO THREE WEEKS AND SEE IF THE ISSUES GET ADDRESSED BY ASUS THROUGH SOFTWARE UPDATES. IF NOT I WOULD SUGGEST DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE.
