This is one beauty ! Its a mix of paradise and heaven on earth. Though synonymous , why mix??? WELL , IT HAS GOT ITS BIRTH FROM THE XPERIA Z. And it has significant improvement over the older flagship. PROS: 1) 20.7 megapixel camera. One cannot simply go without noticing this one.Excellent photos are sure with this beast of a camera.1/2.3" sensor size gives a wider angle for a snapshot and also increasing the goodness of the camera in low light condition. 2)Snapdragon 800 - clocked @2.2 ghz. Enough to breeze through all the hardware sweating games of the present time. Multitasking is a breeze on this device. 3)1080p even on the secondary camera. Excellent for videocalls. 4)Adreno 330 graphics. Its the latest model giving very high scores on the OpenGl 3.0 test in AnTuTu for the 3d benchmarking. 5)Shatterproof screen and water resistant (IP58 certified). 6)Full HD Screen( 441 ppi). CONS: 1)No removable battery. A large battery of 3000 mAh capacity but one would definitely prefer to remove the battery in case of hangs just to reset the phone, Its helpful if one carries one extra battery when the power socket is a distant dream. 2)Triluminous Display- Some may put it as a positive of the phone, but honestly its nowhere near the SUPER AMOLED displays of the SAMSUNG's. Viewing angles are better than the XPERIA Z but yet not excellent.Sunlight legibility is quite low compared to Galaxy Note 3 for instance. 3)No HDMI port. 4)Slippery. Pops out of the hand due to the squarish design. Have to be a bit careful while using it. 5)No Android 4.3 out of the box. Since its a flagship, it will definitely get updated to 4.3 and one can definitely expect 4.4 KitKat as well. But time is unknown. All in all the mobile is a gem of a handset. Looks are very elegant and gives a premium feel to the phone. It is high adrenaline phone which can definitely make people drool over it. Definitely a MUST BUY !! Cheers !

If u compare it with Note 3 , note3 has better RAM (3GB compared to 2GB of Z1,which is more than enough) else Z1 beats Note 3 in every aspects..

when you hold this device, the first reaction you give as well as get from others is "WOW". the premium glass back is ao attractive it takes you to another dimension. i purchased it from WS Retail as usual nice packaging and quick delivery and was quite satisfied with the superfast speed, the grahic response and the screen display quality which is beyond words.it has quick response but after 15 days of use this phone started getting superheated even during normal usage. the other thing i noticed was the long time it takes for a complete full charge (around 4hours) i had also ordered flip cover for my z1 but while charging it felt compulsory to remove it to allow the phone to breathe. also tried using the phone without the cover (i thought it might be the root of the issue) but it didnt reduce heating in any way except while on a wifi it used to get stuck on the page and then hou have to close the browser and launch it again. at the end clicked on the replace button but the same product was not available with flipkart so got a refund of 25999 in flipkart wallet where you can buy from WS retail only. Sadly, WS Retail has stopped shipping maximum of their items at my pincode. so i am in a midway and cant even order another device.

I have bought this phone on January and I am very unhappy with product. First of all Flipkart didnt refund money of the faulty carry case which was freebie saying freebies dont have refund policy. Now regarding the product. 1. Literally all games can be played in this phone but battery will sucks as it will come down from 100% to 60% in just half an hour. Playing and charging dont go hand to hand. If you play games then it will drain battery if connect your charger also. 2. The phone heats up very fast and it will become very very hot. It will heat up while using camera, playing games, calling, surfing. And you cant literally hold the phone. 3. Battery in idle mode is good but for continuous usage it burn to 20% in just 2 hrs. Big battery is just in paper not in actual conditions. 4. Talktime is less. 10mins talk will drain battery like 2%. 5. Phone is big as the bazels takes up lots of space. 6. Cant make Video call directly from the phone to other phones but can do with apps like skype Ofcourse the goods things. 1. Nice camera low light photography a bit not good. Camera is not so fast but picture quality is very nice open light. 2. Display is nice but onscreen controls takes up space. Sorry Sony not happy with the product. Flipkart please refund money for the faulty case. If you want proof then i will send back the case.

Very disappointed by this phone and sony . pros: 1. Very good display 2. Very good specs on paper. 3. Excellent branding Cons: 1: fragile phone. 2. Good specs doesn't work. 3. Heats up well , you can fry an egg over it. 4. Rubbish camera

Well certainly it is worth the price, I am sure one will never regret buying this product some setbacks are there in the phone like camera not as expected like you will expect a 20.7 megapixal camera to be superbly awesome but its not.. in night it even gets worse, but thats for a real photographer, normal pictures are good.. sound on speakers is a bit less but you won't miss any calls or notifications so that's not a thing to worry about The Display ! Best display across the market, reviews of display not being good at some angle are there but those angles are very awkward to view i guess no one will ever face that problem I guess one can compare this product against the iphone 5s, iphone 5s has its own advantages but 17k more you have to spend S4 is way out of league against this one, completely lag free, classy !

do you (sony) feel a wee bit of remorse for the fact that you took a handsome amount of money from us and when things go wrong with the device, you simply ask us to do a software repair and that's that? do you, before you ask everyone to do a software repair, for even one second, consider that it is possible that i have tried everything from my end to make my bug ridden, over-heating (calling it overheating is actually an understatement), lag prone (despite having some of the best internals in terms of tech), crashing and what not piece of innovation you like to call your best ever, work as a phone should? i demand a clean running software which doesn't force close on me 10 times a day, i also demand a phone which doesn't make me feel like i am holding a freshly baked pie. i demand to speak to someone who actually knows how things function and who has the authority to take decisions because i will take this to the last court of law available to me in this country to seek justice. i demand a refund of my hard earned money nothing less and nothing more.
