Bought dis phone (dark silver) on flipkart a month ago....service and delivery too good..!..delivered in 36 hours..! The phone is best one at this price (3295/-) in terms of multimedia features (NOT IN TERMS OF BASIC PHONE FEATURES..!)....good choice, even if u don't need dual sim functionality or few other features... 1.speakers are very loud and clear even at high volume.... 2. 2 mp camera is as good as any other 2mp camera..zoom works well too. 3.browsing is ok.. 4.battery backup for around 2 days with avg usage.. 5.keypad is very good and typing is easy and comfortable. 6.phone looks good and feels good in hand.. 7.Display is bright and clear.. 8.haven't used dual sim quite ofter..but it seems to work fine. --> The volume keys in the side are of poor quality and are fragile....not fixed well ..moves a bit But, the phone's(AT LEAST MY PHONE..!) basic features like..contacts,messaging etc., irritates/dissappoints a lot. --> U cannot access ur contacts after an incoming call(displays "contacts are not ready")...u need to switch off and restart again to get access to your contacts after every incoming call (pathetic..!). --> after 15 days d phone's software came up with another interesting and unbearable problem.... every time u try to open a new message it restarts by it self(this time u don't need to switch it off...!). really I didn't expect this from nokia... I wonder whether they verified phone's software or not..! I don't know if many users have these problems or not.. I need to find a way to get rid of these problems.., because instead of these software bugs, I'm really impressed with other features of this phone....

Today i just purchased the product from market with a price near about flipkart.com. The phone is simply awesome at this price. Moreover the music quality is very good at this price range. The 2 MP camera is very decent. The phone is a dual sim phone and not dual standby i.e. you can use only one sim at a time. The only demerit is that a lot of switches surrounds the handset.

This phone would appeal to customers looking for a basic 'branded' mobile phone below Rs. 5000. What I like about this phone: - FM radio without need for plugging in the earphones. - Ability to play music using FM transmitter (ideal for playing on car stereo which has no bluetooth support). - Support for MicroSD card with large memory capacity. - Easily swappable second SIM card slot. Can be swapped without turning off the phone. - Fairly sturdy build (though the cover is all plastic). Now what I didn't like about this phone: - Big and bulky (I was expecting it to be slimmer and shorter) - Bad (cheap-quality) bundled headset. I would recommend buying at-least a Nokia WH-205 headset along with this phone. - Bulky 3-pin outlet charger. - Unnecessary bundled bloatware (Nokia Lifetools, money and useless games). I got this mobile delivered within 2 days by flipkart - the best service ever!

I brought it on 11 march.using it for about a month. For all those suffering from restart issue plz follow this. go to menu>>settings>>display>>notification details>>set it to hide. wow!!!! all your problem gone!!! it works for me.. On the very day i brought it 1st thing i do is to update the firmware of my Mobile to v10.91 from v10.90 . after this update my phone don't have -any restarting issue. -any hanging issue. i m writing some pros and cons after the software update; pros; 1. sound quality is very good both through headphones(Philips i brought them separately) and Loud Speaker. 2.EDGE browsing is very fast. 20 kbps. 3.screen resolution is good. 4.camera quality is v.good in well lit areas. 5.FM transmission capability. 6.battery backup is fine (2-3days)with normal use. 7.mail is integrated.you can save email contracts in phone memory. 8.message threading option(conversation view). cons: 1. Cannot stream YouTube or other video through internet. 2. video recording is worse (176x96) 10fps. 3. A little bit slow.(as it is s40). 4. No flash and bad quality photos in dark conditions. 5. Cannot minimize applications ie no multitasking. 6. Video playback is bit choppy for very good quality videos but for normal quality it's working fine. 7. Dual sim standby not Active. during calling other sim goes out of reach. Best phone in this range. Go for it..... for avg use it will never disappoint you..... for advance users use it as a secondary phone... it will be the best phone if Nokia include video streaming functionality into next software update.....! Yes, as the title of my review suggest, its the phone having all the features which you can expect at this price. Let me sum it up. Sorry for the huge review like always, but I do want to tell everything about this phone and so I am writing this after 14 days when the phone was delivered to me so that I can test each and every feature of it. So here we go. CONS: To be honest, seeing the price, I dont really think there is any cons in this model, but well there are some room for improvements. 1. Volume rocker: There are two separate Volume rocker keys on the right side. They are separate and they do shake when pressing. It could have been better. 2. Back lid: The back lid or the battery cover is quite obvious that it would get loose after some months or some frequent use. So, if you open/close the lid quite a lot, then be careful. For normal users, it wont be a bug for them for years. 3. Battery Life: This may be just me, but I really think that the battery is not a great one. Normal usage drops the battery in 2-3 days. Oh come on you cant call a phone "value phone" with 2 days battery backup. 4. No memory card. Heh, nokia is boasting about 32 GB memory support and they cant put a microSD in it ? You must be kidding. 5. No option for two tones at once. I have used LG and Samsung dual phones before and they provide me option to chose tones for both the sims seperately, but no such thing here. Now lets talk about some PROS: 1. Huge Screen. I am sure the first thing you would notice after unpacking it is its huge screen. It definitely gives you feel of a costly phone with its bright display and splendid 2.2 inch screen. But yes, there's a catch. There might be some people who would dislike this big screen. But I like them, so I have put it in pros. 2. Camera: Well, its 2 MP, so you arent expecting a great snap, but for mobile use and to view in laptops, it takes pretty decent snaps. I bought this phone recently, maybe a couple of weeks ago. I was quite disappointed. Everything about the phone is fine except the implementation of the SIM tray in the back. This, in my opinion is a major design flaw. This "SIM-tray" implementation mind you, is not mentioned anywhere near the description or shown in any of it's showcase pictures. Which means the customer will only know of it AFTER he buys the phone and opens it's back cover to insert their SIM. The problem is that, occasionally the phone keeps giving me the messages "SIM inserted" and "SIM removed" simultaneously when I didn't even touch the phone. At first I thought the piece I got was just faulty, but the replacement I ordered was malfunctioning in the same way, continually displaying the aforementioned messages until I re-inserted SIM 1(SIM placed behind the battery). I would have to follow this procedure everytime I see the messages, and because of this, anyone who calls me on this phone during the time of the problem(in which case I may/may not be near it) will receive the "user's phone is switched off" message. Everything else about the phone is satisfactory, but this one problem is more than enough to make you regret buying this model.

i bought this phone three days back.i have purchased it for rs.3400 and i must say i am very pleased by this phone.the 2mp camera is excellent music output is very good,but the headphones included in the box are very far from worst,they are awful .so i'll recommend u to buy any suitable one's for you. the speed of the internet is awesome but it doesn't come with pre-loaded opera mini,so u have to download it from the ovi store. and the phone comes with a pre loaded FACEBOOK app.the keypad is soft so there is no trouble in texting.the phone feels good in hands,its light wieght,and very compact too.this phone has won my heart,proud to be owning this phone.for all the music lovers this is the best buy,i recommend you to go for it!!!
