Very good features for less price when compared to other branded TVs Also we will get 3 years onsite warranty whereas other brands give 1 year Picture clarity - I will give 8/10 Sound - 7/10 Air mouse - 8/10 USB drive - 1 is used for Airmouse, only 1 is availble for personal use Miracast works very well for Highend phones

- look is not good - sound quality is so bad. - Air mouse and tv remote quality is so bad. - in youtube any time error will come.("youtube will unfortunately stoped")

One of reason which I notice is - Bright and contrast combination is not good.. even testing is not satisfactory.. #4. Not satisfied with sound quality #5. Air mouse is not handy.. may be I am using this first time and don't know how to use #6. Every time I play something on YouTube I get error messages that YouTube ha stopped working and as soon as I press ok it plays.. quite irritating

I have been using this TV for the last 18 months. The TV Display gone thrice in first 6 months, every time the replace the "display" it used to work max 2 months. After Multiple request/follow-up with the service center and got changed to new TV. The new one is working fine from the last 1 year, however the remote is not functioning properly since they haven't changed the remote(still using old tv remote). By mistake they had taken air mouse USB dongle which was fixed in the old Tv, hence I am not able to use the air mouse. Not sure, whether the usb dongle alone is available in the market. Over all, if you receive defect-free piece then worth for money.

This product is awesome Value for money It is 4k. Yes 4k. PLS be aware there are different 4k formats. Mitashi supports the latest and much advanced H265 formats only. Don't try H264 formats Good customer support. From the moment I ordered, customer care of mitashi did a good job by updating the status, called me and confirmed whether im satisfied with the installaion and updated the warranty status on their website on my behalf and provided me the snapshot of updated status.. Better sound output. . Android TV is a plus. It could play games with medium graphics seamlessly. I paired my gamèpad and my kid loves playing beach buggy racing in this when compared to playing in mobile. Thank God I can break his mobile addiction..(Games with high resolution drags...) They provide free airmouse. Helpful during surfing. It's battery backup is max 4 hours only.. This was a bit disappointing. I'm writing this review after using this product for 3 months Satisfied!!!

Having received and installed the product as scheduled, I am not at all happy with build quality of the product. **I would give 1/10 rating for this product.** -Apps force close all the time, not able use any of the smart features in the TV. -Playing music is a pain, the moment you try to skip songs, the app exits automatically. - Wi-Fi keeps getting reconnected almost all the time. - There is no optical output available on the TV. - Apps cannot be updated as Play Store gives error stating that the device is not compatible. If your only priority is the picture quality then you can go for this if you ignore all the cons!!! Do not waste your money on this TV, buy a branded product which may cost you premium but you will be happy with the quality. My 6 year old Videocon LED TV has a better build quality than this latest product. @Flipkart, I have asked for a refund as you are giving only replacement for the product. My query has been escalated as per the confirmation received, SO PLEASE PROCESS A REFUND AS THERE IS NO POINT IN REPLACING THE CHEAP QUALITY PRODUCT ONLY TO GET THE SAME AGAIN and stop selling these TVs as your customers money is at risk along with your reputation.
