I got this TV from a retail store and its absolutely amazing for this price. I use it to watch blu ray movies using the PS3 and play games, I get native FULL HD at 60fps for the PS3. For TV, I use videocon HD and the quality is great when watching HD channels. Of course, this TV doesn't have the other gimmicky stuff you can find on other brands. The Sound is okay, but you could spend your extra bucks you save on this TV on a worthy home theatre. Definitely worth buying..

We bought this TV for the living room, as we didn't want any Smart TV features on it. My parents don't use those features and hence this looked like a great value for money offer from Flipkart. We were surprised at the quality of display and overall service from Philips. The TV was delivered very fast and an authorised Philips technician came to install it. The display quality is amazing and comparable to TVs 3 times its cost. We are very happy with it.

After 3 months TV display wipe off and philips service is pathetic. TV still not replaced after followup of 3 months

Used for two years and then Blackout issue happened where in since it was 55 inches TV no service was done at home and ended up carrying to Delta Service Center Bangalore where it took 1week to repair. After two days issue re occurred and new complain was logged and carried TV again to same service center. Its with them since last 16 days non repaired. Overall bad product, worst service and no one answers call and no proper responses. Considering after sale service and product will no recommend this.

The TV is good. But, Philips refused to install it as the same was bought from Flipkart. The guy from Philips told me that "Philips do not provide installation facility for the TV purchased from Flipkart" I had to get this installed on my own and by paying INR 2000/-. Flipkart needs to settle their matters with these Electronic Companies as most of the time they do not honor the purchases made from Flipkart.
