I have recently purchased this television and amazed with the movie experience. I have got four 3D glasses which were flicker free with the box. Flicker free glasses will definitely give you amazing 3D experience. I recommend this product for the price and the features it has got. Its an smart TV. bought from local dealer at 73k... TV based on passive 3d technology so no flickering, no headache, no cross-talk...Best 3d tv at this price point.. I recommend this product for the price and the features it has got.. 1. smart tv:- pretty fast browser(tested on 512Kbps), various pre-installed apps, 2. 3d:- a. amazing 3d feel.... b. Tv has lg 3d world so one can access short 3d documentaries from there...(internet connection is required at least 1Mbps for proper 3d stream) c. No headache at all...since i had seen avatar 3d, titanic 3d, rio 3d continuously...also seen under the sea 3d, priest 3d, men in black 3d...(all HSBS format) d. No restriction of sitting & watching postion...as in active 3d technology... e. sample 3d video available on internet... f. manual 3d settings. like 3d depth, 3d sound zooming 3. 2d:- amazing 1080p/1080i/720p.....disadvantage is lack of black level...overall nice... 4. 2d to 3d :- tv does very good job of converting...not best but good conversion... 5. dlna/smartshare/medialink :- nice feature to share/stream...videos/photos/music from laptop/mobile/tablet... 6. motion control ready:- but i am using an usb mouse with tv.... 7. While buying I was very skeptical about the picture quality and was confused with Sony. In showroom, the Sony looked brighter while LG pictures were dark. But I purchased it for its killer price and 3D features. At home I adjusted the picture settings. There was a default setting for local dimming due to which the TV used to further darken the dark part of the pictures. I made it off and now the TV is as bright as Sony. I don't feel its picture quality and colors and any thing else to be less than Sony, Samsung or any brand. But price wise its the best. You get full WIFI inbuilt with apps, great user interface, excellent 3D with very light glasses. It reads the external Hard disk (1TB) effortlessly and plays movies in any format. Its layout to browse files is the best. Sony has this all wrong and pathetic. Only downside being, I cannot connect my speaker to it as it has only an optical audio output. It can only be connected to advanced home theater directly. Optical to analog converter is difficult to find. I would recommend this TV to all. Its a perfect buy.

hi guys i bought this tv 10 days ago.after doing lot of research i selected this tv.i bought a crt tv 5 years ago and i wanted to replace it by a gud tv.i searched in net for various tvs.i decide to go for a 3d tv.then my debate is between lg and samsung.actaullay i am fan of samsung as i am using samsung phones.but many reviews in net suggested passive 3d offered by lg.then i went for a local store and requested for a demo.but those ppl not having this model.they have shown demo on lglw6500 which is 2011 model.the 3d was awesome.then i paid advance for 42lm6410.after 2 days i got delivered.my dream came true.i had a tatasky hd connection.the hd channels are awesome in this tv. but sd channels are nt that much prettier .for better quality of sd channels you have to select the aspect ratio of 4:3.then i checked the 3d performance by playing avatar 3d movie i am totally diaappointed wid the performance.i already saw avatar in theatre in 3d.then i went through some 3d settings and i made depth and view point settings to 0.now the 3d is awesome. the minor draw back of this tv is this does nt have 3.5 mm jack

I haven't Purchased this product from flipkart, but would like to provide my views on this product. Hope this helps folks in deciding purchase. The TV works well on HD content but really sucks if you have SD or below resolution. But 400MCI works like charm making the video smoother(not smoothest!). Like that over my last sony LCD TV. 3D is good. As it is passive one you can notice alternate black horizontal lines if you are too close to TV. 3D depth is great. I am gonna reap in pros and cons: Pros: ->Good picture quality. ->400 MCI makes video smoother ->3D works great. ->Can play 3D in 2D mode. ->Smart apps. ->Integrated Wifi. Cons: ->Sound is worse. ->Black levels not upto the mark. ->Local dimming not useful in movies with dark scenes. Suggestion to get best from TV: Set black levels to high.... Turn local dimming off.... Turn truemotion off during normal run and switch it on if you really need smooth video otherwise. If using computer to watch movies select RGB full support in pixel format of your GPU software app for better color reproduction.

In the literature/brochure of LM6410, against Highlights, it is printed that the Backlight is 'EDGE LED'followed by affiramation of a 'IPS - Advanced LCD panel .These two are contradictory descriptions as far as I have understood from various literatures. On IPS the LEDs are directed from behind towards the viewer where as on the EDGE version the LEDs are from all the our sides.But as a whole this product is one of the best for the price offered.I have been observing its qualities, displayed in all those big Mals around my place. Many dealers offer more number of glasses, shich of course do need battery or charging. This is an added positive point in favour of this. Iagve not bought this but almost short listed to this end
