This TV has pathetic sound, When you will take it out from the box and install it and bring it to full volume , you will be shocked by the output absolutely terrible sound, I could literally compare its sound to my laptop. Picture quality is fine Only buy if you have additional home theatre , otherwise invest 5-7k more and get a better tv dont get carried away by the discounts.

(bought it for 43) 3. Does not process pitch black properly. Its gray-ish type. Verdict : If you're looking for a good 42 inch LED tv, look no further than this . Its a good value-for-money product.

Before reviewing the product, let me explain other stuffs. - The exchange offer flipkart quotes is applicable only if you are in bangalore or certain places very near to the warehouse. So as a buyer from chennai, i was not able to avail the exchange offer - Flipkart's ekart logistics does not handle the delivery for these products unless you are from banglore. So expect a 3 or 4 day delay in delivery of the product if not ordering from banglore. Packaging was top notch. Why I like the product: - Worth the price. You won't get a 32 inch HD Tv at this price in similar reputed brands like Sony, Samsung. - Product looks stylish. - Sound is decent for a smaller room. Connect to an external speaker if you are going to fit this in a very larger room. - Comes with an internal shock protection engine.(Still recommend to buy a voltage stabilizer) - Metallic matte finish adds a premium feel. Would have been better: - If file navigation was more user friendly. Tough to navigate across my external Hard Disk when connected with the TV. - Could have provided a HDMI cable in the package. - Remote is plain and lacks few basic buttons. Not so user friendly. - A full HD option available in LG at a price slightly higher than this model After Sales service: - You get immediate response with in a day from LG service team if you are from a metro. Its subjective though. But here are my ratings to this product. About Flipkart delivery and LG service: - Ordered during Big app day after a lot of online and offline research. - I called LG guy the moment i received the new TV after flipkart exchange (of old CRT TV for 3k). - Within a couple of hours LG technician came to my home with free adjustable wall-mount, fixed it, gave a brief demo, gave his contact details in case of issues and left. Quicky-quick. About my requirement and the product: - A big enuf LED TV with proper viewing for L-shaped room (hall and dining). So 42" was ideal. - Good USB and HDMI support. 1-more USB port wouldn't have hurt. - No smart and 3D stuff (in case i want to make it smart i can use chromecast instead of spending extra 7-8k on smart TV). - Get rid of old TV for a descent price (when inquired with outside retailers they were giving only 1k in exchange, whereas flipkart gave 3k). - Popular branded product within 40k (my research gave me, samsung- giving only 40" tv, sony- going beyond 50k, LG- Yes u r the one). Note: Fellow reviewers have given enuf +ve info abt the product and its features. Not going there again, U can rely on them. Over all quite happy with Flipkart's customer handling, delivery and also with LG's service till now. :)

I bought this through flipkart.. very happy with the delivery service exactly at given time..but not so happy with installation. first thing, you have to call LG customer care to get installation request registered. when I called up LG care, the executive was talking like i have done a mistake purchasing this online..he wanted to say indirectly that i should have bought it from registered dealer.. but yes very lucky, quick service within 4 hours of request registration (may be the result of heated argument), the installation guys were at my home.. but again they were referring some case filing on flipkart mega sale issue with LG and trying to convince to go for addition 2 yrs warranty so that if some thing goes wrong i can get additional warranty covered.. overall I am very happy with the product and delivery.. lets see how after sale service goes if required anytime.

Bought LG 32LB550A from WS Retail seller and shipment was delivered well before promised date. Dialed LG toll-free helpline and they facilitated free installation without asking whether I purchased the TV from a store or online. Wall-mount was not present in TV box and LG technician brought it with him at the time of installation. Wall-mount provided by LG is amazing, TV's position can be easily changed as per requirement. As pointed out by some other reviewers, accessing USB content is bit tricky and could have been simpler. Otherwise I'm very happy with the TV and overall experience of buying TV from Flipkart.

Cheers to Flipkart and LG I ordered this LED @ 11:30 PM (night) and got it next day @ 11:00 AM. Bang on time. LED is just amazing...elegant and a quality product. Far better than Sony and Samsung. Its giving an amazing and stylish look to my room. The installation was done on the same day within 3 hours and that too without any problem. I felt that I bought this product from a regular dealer not from a website. Everything was so smooth. Thank you Flipkart and LG for their service.

the tv is superb i bought it on big billion day and at this price point tv is awesome superb sound bit low but good and picture quality is awesome in hd and fine in sd. and flipkart delievery is superb.

I am satisfied with this product. Comes with good features with all basic requirements for a better TV viewing experience . Simple access features and easy connect options for external devices. Comes with decent sound effects and you can connect your external sound system.I recommend this at this affordable price.
