This product is too good for its price. The sound and picture quality is very good. Micromax customer support team is very responsive in immediately extending the warranty on sending the extended warranty message. Though the quality can be measured only in long run. 3years warranty is more than enough.!!!!

It's a brilliant product from Micromax. This is my 2nd LED which I have and Micromax deserves a 5 star. Great picture with amazing sound. No complaints.Installation is done within2 days. The only issue I had is the delivery guy who came to deliver the product and had a shameful conversation with my parents while delivering the product. I raised the concerned with flipkart and they are looking into it. Regardless of this, flipkart, you guys are doing a great job. Last year I purchased one micromax LED for my hometown and again this year for my second home at Blore and I am fully satisfied. I purchased it in Big Billion Sale at 9891/- . Thank You Flipkart.Hope the love affair with you continues for more and more years to come.Just take care of your customers little more seriously. Thanks once again.

Good TV...I am using 2weeks ...picture clarity very good ..sound is very poor...on USB almost all formats paly ac3 format voice not came...HDMI port working fine .... I am purchased another TV for my mom gift...thanku flipkart..insulation boyes asking 500rs intsilastion charge s

The performance, display, volume of this TV are all excellent. Two HDMI & two USB slots are provided on the right side of the LED TV, which are very useful. Thanks to Flipkart for the delivery speed & free installation.

Poor deliver service of Flipkart on this time.. I'm soo upset. 1. Poor sound quality. 2.usb connected and disconnected automatically. 3. Medium picture clearty. 4. Poor channel changing timing it's too late for channel changed.

Its been a month since i bought this TV from flipkart. Got it at a very good price for 11500. The delivery from flipkart was prompt, even installation went smooth(Instead of waiting for flipkart, you can go ahead and call Micromax customer care to schedule installation). Pros: -Display quality is very good -comparable to any other HD ready brand in this 32 inch category. -Got 3 years warranty(2 years free extended warranty) Cons: -Sound quality could have been better. -Doesn't support HD videos with 5.1 audio format.(But this problem is there in even other brands of HD ready TV) Overall: Satisfied with the product. Worth the price.

The product appears to be sleek from front but bulky enough which is smartly designed. The picture quality is good not great. Sound needs refinement. Vocals are not properly audible. Interface is simple. Overall quality is okay and is worth the price on offer.
