When we use USB, External hard disk, it takes more time to load the contents. Apart from that other features are good, picture quality is very good. Even Sound clarity is OK, though I'm connected with home theater, it doesn't bother me. Overall its a worth for money for a reliable product.

I faced the following problems with this TV. a. Video badly scrambles intermittently. Not yet resolved. b. Wi-Fi automatically gets disconnected frequently. c. Channels getting automatically detuned. (With Aritel Direct TV option, later solved by Airtel by replacing CI card) d. Poor Audio e. Very slow boot up f. Remote function very slow for sometime after boot up g. Poor technical support from Samsung

Positive: Smart features, Big, Brand, Sound Quality good Negative : Bit slow while loading sized contents like my 2 TB hard disk.Skype feature about expire. Using from last two months.Just go for it. I recommend this.
