Product is good. best price for 1.5ton 5star inverter ac.I suggest buy from voltas official website and you will get 3000 less thn flipkart. overall good product. flipkart delivery was best in class and installation was also good only 499.

Delivery on expected date. But installation is too high....1600rs....outside technicians are telling they will do at 700 to 1000rs......and also stand fitting charges 350rs extra....this is all too much charging customers.....If we prefer ourside person no replacement of any damages.....So no other option to call outside person too at the cost of loosing replacement.....so making pressure on customer to choose only their technicians at high cost.....this is not at all justice....Will update review after installation done and after usage of 2 days.

Product dispatched as per schedule. Flipcart follow up was good.Packing was good. Flipcart arranged installation next day.I was satisfied with their service and with product also.As on now cooling good. But installation provided by Voltas is not up to the mark.Just like local technician they have carried out installation without any standards. Product received on 09-02-2019 and installation carried out on 10-02-2019.

Pros: i) Good cooling (cools 132 sq. feet room in just 20 minutes if it's on turbo mode) ii) Minimalist design (the design isn't very aggressive or vibrant, it should look good on every wall) iii) Steady cooling (cooling of this ac is very stable, it holds the set temperature very steadily) iv) Energy efficiency (though i didn't get the electric bill till now, i can't say the exact efficiency of it. But it is a 5 star ac, so i guess the efficiency will be good) v) various other features (it has dust, anti-bacteria, moist filters) Cons: i) The size of the ac is bigger than a normal split ac, so if you have a small room (like mine) it can look ugly. ii) It is not quiet while it is on full speed or even in the half fan speed, so better u fix it in a large room iii) Installation process is very costly, it tooks me like 7.5 k for just install the ac. Overall: It will be a good ac if you have a larger room (140+ sq feet), but you need to be prepared for a huge installation charge. I'll give it a 4 out of 5.

it is definitely not a silent AC as they're claiming. It uses R410A refrigerant, according to the technician this is the reason for it lesser efficiency compared to other R32 air conditioners. Setpoint 26 degree Celsius in R32 AC will be achived at Setpoint 24 Degrees in this AC. Horizontal Swing doesnt function, still the button is present on the AC remote control, for which, Voltas wouldn't be able to provide any explanation.
