overall it is good product I ordered it on may 9th it came by may10th installation was free,cooing is better,better savings.

Product is good, but installation service is very bad. I did wait more than 3days for installation. Finally they suggested me to do it by third party installation. Even we are not doing free installation, we will charge 1599/- . So I did it installation by third party, But while purchasing time it was showing free installation. Don't expect free installation. If u leave about installation part remaining things like product features and performance is good. It's full value for money product. But App some times working good some times not working or showing invalid space Id or invalid input data error even after perfectly configured. Any how app is not mandatory., So we can consider and can expect solution in future.

product is good but i had a bad experience with jeeves which is service provider. They are telling straight away extra copper pipe you should have to buy from us otherwise we will not do installation.You do installation with others. In my area (Vijayawada, AP) Jeeves service Provider wonner(Prudhvi).

I'm posting this after usage of more than a year Overall a moderate AC but is not worth the money. It can be never matched with any branded one as the basic swing is not automatic for four ways room gets cooled to the required temperature but the if your temperature is set at 25 your room temperature will be 28 and at a particular place where the AC vent is directed will be more cool. Instead of going for smart AC if the basics are set right it would have been an excellent product. This smart AC Heka is good but its just to tempt you to buy this product. Best thing about the AC is the power consumption is as specified and we can have a good power consumption. Overall it is better to go for branded one at the same price if you can manage with higher power consumption Strictly for medium sized rooms only. If your room size is more the 16x16 no use in power consumption. All the best friends

l must say this is value for money product. I am writing this review after a week use. I purchased it on 15th may next day it get dilivred. the installation completed by jeeves team scheduled by vendor itself. DILIVERY - Everything went very well, 5/5 for service INSTALLATION - scheduled by themselves, genuine people no extra charges and very professional 5/5 AC : this is really smart AC, adjust all things automatically, no humidity problem, heka mode work well, green mode realy energy efficient, sleep mode work as expected. at afternoon at 41 degree it cool 12x12 room within 4 minutes with silent mode and turbo mode cool room within 2 minutes. Heka App : I connected heka app and used it work fine. Till now there is no problem with AC. I recommend this ac. I have Carrier AC to, comparing these two, I personally found Livepure is better in feature, cooling , energy efficiency and price as well. Cons. Compare to other air flow make little noise, in silent mode this is very less, but in all mode this sound is bearable. To check warrernty and services I called customer care and that was big disappointment, customer care executive was very rude, don't have etiquette to talk, not even bother what you want(I think it depending on person whom you talk, might be you have different experience)
