HS11V-TMS3BN-INV First of all it's a 2023-2024 model.AC is working fine no problem at all. Colling is also fine, but it's a once way swing. it is 5 in 1 convertible. The only problem which I found is remote dose not have back light in dark it is very difficult to see on which mode ac is running

Good cooling. 1 ton is sufficient to cool 120sqft room non-stop floor. Blower speed is good and perfect. Chills room in 1hr to shut the ac off. Temp of room reduces to 27 from 31in 10 mins. Health feature i liked it. The health airflow button can adjust the vent to throw air flow above the ceiling fan from the ceiling to cool down the room faster. Delivery good. Three Haier PPL were very proficient to install.

There is no screen light on the remote control and it is very difficult to operate while night time. Ac air flow control(Lid) is not open widely on bottom. so air throw is not avalable bottom side perfectly ( other brand ACs does the job well) Lid not closing properly after shutdown
