Great Laptop. Light weight makes it easy to carry. ssd makes it more faster. Design looks premium. build qualify is good. Backlit Keyboard help to type at low light. Fingerprint sensor is the plus point which works really fast. Happy with the product.. Could be better If delivery could be more faster.

my primary reason to chose this laptop was it capability to upgrade it to 32GB of ddr4 ram. I believe it's one of the laptop which comes with 13.3 inches screen and have ability to go up to 32gb of ram. trust me it improves overall performance lot. keep it in mind that this core i3 processor have only 2 cores so there is delay in response, specially if you do multi tasking. also, heavy video usage like, watching CCTV camera view on it or full HD video also put fan to run fast as there is enhancement of heating. lookswise its 5 star out of 5 , its really give a expensive laptop looks. I really miss RJ45 (lan port) in it. apart from that install a Intel WiFi chip in it, for better coverage and wifi strength. which cost only 1100/- bucks. When I first bought this laptop. The decision was based on it having a ssd and the fact that it was a Dell product. Because having a ssd really speeds up the boot time and in the long run that time really adds up. But, I must say I fell in love when I first saw this laptop, the design is lovely. The lid is made of metal, body is of plastic(very good quality), there is no flex or anything. To sum it up it is extremely sturdy and good looking laptop. I was even considering vivobook s14 but when I went to the showroom to see those laptop they weren't as well made as this laptop. On the performance side this does not dissapoints it has an i3 processor which is fairly powerful enough for day to day activity. Other laptops may offer better specification on paper but the overall package this one offers is amazing. For example vivobook s14 wasn't as well made, the speakers weren't as loud and clear and the display in Vivobook although advertised as IPS LCD, does not have very good viewing angles as this one). Storage is limited here and that is the only drawback. 78 gb out of the box around 20 gb is taken by windows and rest by the recovery partition.

It’s an extremely beautiful laptop at par with Mac in terms of looks. I wanted a laptop which can do my office work - spreadsheets. This does a perfect job. No lag, great speed.

Looks good but nowhere near the delightful looks of slim hp/lenovo laptops. Very light weight so easy to carry around. Performance dissapointing!!! It takes around 10 seconds to open an empty excel sheet. I think the 7th gen i3 even with ssd is bogged down by windows 10. Bcoz my old laptop with much less spec performs better with windows 7. The display is below average. Buy it for dell, looks and easy to carry. A big no if u want ur laptop to be pretty quick to open/close/process simple files.

Good product ... Heating is Ok ...not too much high ( if you are aware of heating problem in Dell and Hp laptops ) ... For studying purpose – it is good . If you can afford Apple – then you should go for it. I have purchased both in a month .

the laptop is outstanding but the booting tine is not fast enough as it only has ssd. Lightweight and good looks. perfect for official work. but better urgrade the ssd or buy with higher sad.

USB C port allows charging. Keyboard is well laid out. Display is alright. Feels very premium. Cons Slow Processor (i3 Seventh Generation) Low RAM (4GB DDR$) (Can be upgraded from aftermarket for 3750 for 8GB DDR4 and it wont void the warranty) Storage is extremely low (30-40 GB is used by the operating system), Can be upgraded by putting an SD card of 128 GB. All in all: It feels like an entry-level Mac running windows. Just add an 8 GB RAM and an SD card and it easily the best laptop in this price segment. Bought this for 31K and its worth every penny.

nice laptop but low space 128 gb only 80gb usable space after installing few application it will further reduced to 20gb and laptop warranty is only available for few months after 6months usage nice laptop u can run all intensive apps like Arcgis envi erdas matlab r studio currently installed runs smoothly
