Booked the AC on Sunday, got the delivery by Thursday. Delivery guys were polite and professional. They could not oblige to my request of delivery after 6 pm as they claimed they were too loaded on that particular day. Although the delivery is not as fast as it is in case of small items, it is well managed and delivered on promised date if not before. Once the AC is delivered, WS retail raises a installation request at AC OEM (Carrier in my case) and the next day the installation was done. Pros: Powerful Silent Operation Competitive online pricing as compared to market Ac delivered was manufactured barely 20 days ago, so u get a relatively new product. Cons: Installation experience can be improved. The technicians left the place spewed with dust and debris during the drilling. Regards

Delivery (Bangalore): The AC was deliver with extreme precision. My slot was 8-10, and by 8:15 AC was in my house. My house doesn't have a lift @3rd floor, still the delivery guys refused to take any tips. Installation: The installation happened that day itself, so it was quick too. They took 900 for stand (High), 200 for white cement(unreasonably high) and 150 for pipe (unreasonably high too). The installation cost was 1500(standard). Also, I spent 2000 on stabilizer. Product: The product is good and effective. Carrier can be trusted in this regard. Verdict: All in all, it is good. You don't get carrier everywhere in Bangalore because of relatively less usage. for a 4 star AC, it seemed to be a good deal for me.

Smooth running and cooling is faster afer a movement. Power consumption is minimal after the room is cool. There is reduction electricity charges.
