Order and delivery: 5/5. I ordered the item on Friday (with exchange offer) and got the machine on Saturday morning. Packing and Handling: 5/5 : fresh piece with no visible dents or marks. I have kept the locking plate and bottom piece of thermocool packing if i need to transport it later. Installation by whirlpool tech: 3/5: The machine weighed 43Kg and I was unable to drag it on my own. The tech and myself placed it in the desired area. The machine was not balanced and tech said its the problem with the floor. I had to force the tech to adjust the bush to keep the machine leveled. A tech MUST check if the machine is level or not. If not level, the machine will vibrate and rock like hell! When installing the water inlet, the tech said my tap is bent and i need to change the water inlet adapter. There is a leak. I packed him off and fixed the water inlet on my own. I placed some thread sealant on the adapter neck for reinforcement Machine control panel use: 4/5. The panel is on upper side of the lid. This will avoid wear and tear of the panel while loading or unloading clothes. The indicators are made of green LEDs and it can be a bit hard when there is bright sunlight. I had kept in my work area and there is lot of light. brighter LED's would have helped. Machine displays approx time to finish the wash. Machine performance: 4.5/5. Water level Sense technology (6th sense): is working well. It does not fill the tub to the full. I uses just enough water for the job. It will recommend the amount of detergent to be put in. Machine pumps the soap water from the bottom of the drum to to so that clothes are soaked uniformly Wash programs: had used bedding, baby and daily: working well for out needs Softener function: works well; i dont need to baby sit in front of the machine and pour softener. Heater function: works well. Heater will take more time to finish the wash cycle. heater will increase the electricity bills too.. so i use it only when needed cleaning ef

How come more people don't know about this machine? It's different in these ways: 1. It has a shower pump. It constantly pumps soapy water from the bottom and showers the clothes it is washing, from the top. It makes a great difference. 2. It automatically soaks clothes in very little water. This ensures that the soap is concentrated and not diluted.The shower action ensures that the clothes are thoroughly soaked in soapy water. 3. It does something to heave clothes up from the centre that keeps clothes from tagling. The wash is superb.

This is an excellent top-loading WM to buy. There are many useful wash programs and features. This WM also has the facility to heat water on its own and provide the hot water wash as well. Very easy to use and should be a good one to have at home

I purchased this product after a lot of research on top loads and front loads. After 6 months of usage , I can simply say that I am satisfied with the kind of service provided with this machine. It has about 13 programmable functions and tells how many cups of detergent which needs to be added.( which actually is of no use because after a while a user would generally know how much to put) The only things which the user can think about are 1. The machine is of 8 kg , but for proper washing i would suggest only 6 kg of clothes at one point. 2. The normal function of washing clothes says 1 hour and 4 minutes , but the machine take more time about 1 hour and 30 minutes as it does not consider the time for the water being filled and becoming empty. It only considers the time machine motor is running Overall it is decent product and would recommend if they are thinking about buying a top lod automatic washing machine.

I had been using a fully auto from last 20 years. This machine is excellent. Superb clean technology low soap consumption and washes brightest and cleanest. I am fully satisfied with the Bloom Technology which out performs (washes) the latest Tumble wash.

I had a whirlpool W/M purchased 5 years ago. Have changed the circuit board few occasions after the warranty and spent lot of money. Somehow I got rid of the same and bought LG. go for LG. Cheap and best. Remember, W/M are mechanical and it can go out of order due to several reasons. My experience with LG is very good.

i brought this product one and half year ago , i had to replace the motherboard twice!!! each will cost you 3000 bucks. cons: 1]faulty electrical design 2] weak rotating tub(low quality) 3] too costly 4] not user friendly interface 5]official mentioned max load is 7.5 kgs but the motherboard burns up when load is as low as 4 kgs just go for bosch or IFB or samsung,

Bought this recently (not on Flipkart) and I'm very happy with the product! Some great features that a buyer might like to know: 1.Has an in built heater with 3 temperature options for hot water wash 2.Has 12 pre programmed wash options along with an express option with each program. 3.Child lock & delay wash upto 24 hrs( min 3 hrs) are good-to-have-s. 4.Softener program-One need not add the softener mid way through the wash-rinse phase- one can add the softener in the provided slot- softener program automatically dispenses the softener while rinsing. 5.Water level: one can choose auto mode or choose the water level manually- available in all 12 wash programs 6. Comes with a Full metal body with sturdy support. 7. Comes with a 2 year warranty Given its capacity of 8kg, even heavy loads can get washed "360 degrees"- can wash bedding & other heavy loads easily. I've also observed that this machine uses lesser water to wash the same load of clothes.( compared to my previous 6.5 Kg whirlpool top load). The machine is a tad more noisy than most others but that's mainly due to the vigorous wash it provides. Overall, great machine & worth the money!

don't go for whirlpool, its waste of money. I was wasted nearly 10,000/- for repairs after warranty. before warranty it get repair 6 times & makes lot of noise, not only me so many peoples are facing same problem after 6 months or 1 year. before buying go and search reviews in google on particular model and then buy. better to go for Samsung or LG. because my uncle and my cousin bought LG and Samsung they are very much better than whirlpool and make very less noise. LG (5 year warranty) Samsung (10 year warranty)

Product is excellent. Value for money. Low maintenance required. The delivery service of Flipkart is pathetic. They asked for extra money to place it at my house on 1st floor.
