Writing this review after 4 days of usage. The day I got the laptop I removed windows and installed xubuntu in it. I bought this laptop because of its configuration at its price 16GB - i7 - 8MB cache. Pros I observed: * Display is marvelous - On settings it is showing me it's supports 120Hz refresh rate. I didn't confirm it as I wont be using that setting to save battery. * Battery is really good. On moderate use with powertop enabled I got around 9hrs with some browsing, coding, music and videos. In windows I have seen battery discharging in 3.5hrs. * performance wise its a killer. Tried running 4k av1 video codec videos and the CPU usage didn't even cross 60%. * keypad is one of the best I have seen. felt better than my macbook pros keyboard both spacing and feel. Able to type faster than normal. * The ergolift feature provides a good heat sink also a slight elevation that makes easier to type. * Look wise the gunmetal felt good not as good as a mac. * Found nvidia's proprietary drivers for MX150 for linux, so graphics rendering wont be a problem in linux. * webcam is okay not horrible as mentioned in other reviews. * In windows ATH-M50x bluetooth sound is really good. Cons: * Fingerprint driver in linux is not supported yet by elan micro electronics. * The touchpad driver I found is not responding to the configuration set. And multi touch swipe is not available in linux. * Speakers are the worst. Highs, shrills with lows is really awful to hear. * In linux didnt find any codec working other than sbc for bluetooth but with wire M50x sounds are superb. TL;DR; If you want a personal, powerful and portable laptop which you will use with headphones mostly go for it.

Received it today. Very good laptop, but has a few flaws. This laptop is very fast and responsive. Only drawback I found is webcam is pathetic. Will update review after few days of usage. After 21 days use: Laptop is blazing fast, it boots up faster than MacBook. Performance is excellent. You can even perform some heavy tasks with ease. Video editing, photo editing etc. Not fit for intense gaming. It gets heated up slightly when on power. No heating issue when on battery. It’s better if you use in balanced mode. You can buy it for sure if you don’t do intense gaming, Or use webcam for your daily tasks. Will update detailed review with pros and cons after few more days of use Update after 1 year usage: The experience is pretty smooth. Gets heated up if used while charging. This is the only change I experienced after an year. I won’t write about specifications since they are readily available on the internet. I used this laptop for intensive browsing, video editing and all other general tasks (except gaming). Here are my observations: 1. Decent display(not the best, but sufficient for most tasks) 2. Average speaker volume. (If u are a hardcore movie watcher, u will be disappointed for sure) 3. Good performance. (Not meant for gaming and extremely graphic intensive tasks) 4. Poor webcam (just like a majority of windows laptops) 5. Keyboard and trackpad are just as per the needs of a user. (Just the Right amount of everything) 6. Portability is its strength. If you are a traveller and does multiple tasks, this is the one for you. I will keep this review updated as time passes. As a whole, I recommend it if you want to do many tasks but no task intensively. This laptop does every task smoothly, but it is not a perfect product for one specific task. It is a jack of all arts, and master of none.

The audio output is too low. Performance-wise it's not that good after dual booting. Design is good
A small workhorse!
