The machine is good.. Washes a good load of clothes almost silently. The delivery and installation was on time as promised. Just had one hiccup.. The product was supposed to be installed using a smart plug specified as free with product in its manual. But smart plug was not provided by either flipkart or service person. Had to buy IFB cutoff plug from the service person.

Product wise it is good. But any issue comes during usage service provided by Electrolux customer care is horrible. You can take it granted that absolutely there would be no service from Electrolux and you better dispose or through it in garbage. Hence suggest don't purchase any Electrolux products. I strongly suggest and it's upto you to take a call to purchase any Electrolux product. Electrolux customer support service will be VERY VERY BAD for any issues that arise while using Electrolux products. Once any issues comes, it's better to dispose instead of chasing Electrolux customer care asking them to sender a technician to fix it. Though it is in warranty also they are least bothered. They don't have technicians to fix or address issue that you arise during usage. Their assigned technicians will say that they won't support Electrolux products as they don't provide spare parts...I am suffering a lot after purchasing their washing machine.
