I have ordered this product on 21st October'16 @ 3:30 pm and received it on 22nd October @11:30.Flipkart arranged the installation by afternoon and I could start the washing machine by 6:00pm.It was really a wonderful experience with Flipkart and would rate it 5/5. Coming to the LG washing machine it is one of the best washing machines available in the market.The pricing offered is also very competitive at Flipkart.The reason for me writing this review is to help fellow customers to avail a good discount during this festive season. The machine is very smooth while functional and no vibrations at all and the wash quality is also very good. Over all experience can be given after using it for a couple of months.but as of now I am fully satisfied and love to recommend to all those who want to buy front load washing machine you can blindly go for this model.I would rate this product 5/5.

The best online shopping site, i have been shopping so many products from flipkart, like TV, washing machine, mobile phones, shoes etc. come to LG washing machine, very good product, with in one day they have been shipped and installed. very much impressed.

There is a reason these products are purchased in retail showrooms than online - shopping experience! We checked out all local showrooms and found the price to be cheapest at Rel***ce digital. And on flipkart, the selling price was a good 2k lesser due to the big billion day! Decided to give it a try and ordered - payment done via credit card - confirmation in 5 mins. The delivery date which was supposed to be 3 days post order- acceptable due to festival rush. Then the whole chain of 'Apologies, your order has been delayed....' mails/sms started and it took a good 12 days after order for delivery. Even the installation guys kept calling many times and still managed to mess up the accessories. Finally, got it up and running after 14 days and ended paying that extra price for accessories. Maybe the showroom people would have charged more, but atleast they would not mess it up like this. Conclusion: If you are ready to wait patiently and willing to put up with all the delays/excuses of the delivery/installation, you can go for online order. Else, the experience is much better offline. Coming to the product itself, now that it is all set up with stand and water softener, the entire wash-rinse-dry cycle is very smooth. They have a 6 motion direct drive, which leads to lesser wobbling and shaking. The laundry is much cleaner compared to top-load machines. The normal wash cycle is little longer compared to top-load, but there are quick/express functions which you can use and get good wash results. So far so good! A good product at this price!

Have had a positive experience with LG washing machines previously and that has continued here as well. An contrary to popular belief, it's really simple to use and has various washing modes for different kinds of clothes etc. Just turn a few nobs and let the machine do the rest. Being a fully automatic, it does consume more water and electricity as compared to semi automatics etc but I think it's well worth it. The clothes that come out need about 20 mins on the clothes rack to be completely dry.

Everything good except time setting , we can't set the time . Very very smooth running no noise at all performance also very good , takes less power compared to other similar products . Overall satisfied .

Nice washing machine with good looking asthetics at a reasonable price by flipkart. Noiseless machine. 7 kg machine is perfect for a small family. Definitely go for this product.

Ordered online at 11.45 am on 25 Oct; shipped from Bangalore by 12.35 pm, delivered by Ekart at 01.30 pm on 26th at Chennai and installed by Jeeves Engineer by 4 pm on 26th all within 28 hrs - a refreshing experience in online shopping. Flipkart Systems are in place and the personnel are equally diligent in providing this customer delight. Kudos!!! The performance of the washing machine is very good. Less vibration and noise and many programs to meet different needs. Satisfactory results in two washes in the first 24 hrs after installation. Anticipate trouble free & satisfying washes for the next decade!

Good product

It’s not new product. Old washing machine just outside covering is new. Don’t buy from flipcart. Better to buy from local show room. Flipcart sells second hand and repaired product. No refund.
