Great value for money, I feel all AC's life is max 10 years whichever brand you buy and then post to that the repairs start, but this model is definitely worth the price and it looks very classy and cools the room very fast. I strongly recommend in buying Onida AC as I have my relative who is using a previous model of Onida as well since close to 8 years and has been very happy.

Worst customer service... the technician called and enquired the address in the morning 10 am but until evening 5 pm he hasn't reached. Even he would have walked he would have reached.... Seriously Onida has given its service to wrong hands which actually had let their brand down... if this continues only the skull would be left out and not even the bald head for the organisation...

This is my 2nd onida split ac in my house, With R410 gas the ac performance is good. Though the pick summer is over still I feel the cooling is good. The installation is not up to the mark I will be lucky enough if there is no leakage of gas by next year. The installation guy just cut the coolant pipe without proper measurement and then does brazing the same which may weakened the coolant pipe.
