product is good as per german standards. I would suggest a buy of this washing machine. only problem faced with the demo given by executive. It seems even he was not aware of the functions. Also he was reading the options and telling us. Funny thing he told us use it for 15 days and you will learn yourself. Even the fitting they have done for inlet pipe is dripping. product is best, bosch needs to pay more attention on fitting and servicing

Product is very good quality. Value of money. But bosch service is not available at various places.

Am really happy with flipkart purchase. the order delivered before the date. Very important msg to buyers, never run the machine before installation people comes, customers will have curious to switch on to check how the machine runs, but never switch on and run the machine because there will be long steel bolt nut is fixed in machine, the company people has to remove it before running. The purpose of those bolt nut in machine is moving the machine from one area to other area(for shifting house). if machine runs with bolt, all parts in the machine might broke. So dont run before the bosch people comes. Bosch company should put a note on the top of machine caution msg that customer shouldn't operate the machine till demo and installation complete. Executive who came foe installation is not in professional manner. He says before 2 years vip's purchase bosch machine, nowadays everyone purchasing. what kind of attitude these guys are having? Flipkart should inform the Bosch company regarding unprofessional behaviour towards customer by those executive. Does bosch sell the products to VIP customers alone? Why middle class people wont buy or bosch wont sell to middle class customers? who they pay money only right?

the machine was delivered at my place on 10th December. Its 26th today, the installation is still pending, i have raised issue for the same. Everyday i am getting call from flipkart executives stating mam your issue would be resolved in next 24 hours. It has been a week since m hearing this. I gifted this machine to my grandmother as its winter and really difficult for her to wash clothes. Whats the use of this junk lying in my house for which i had to pay so much money. This is the time when she needed it the most. Horrible experience.

I am happy with this product .This is really nice product .This machine made with totally Steel made .Work properly and give fully satisfaction after use . Water consumption and electrical consumption also very reasonable level .I am full satisfaction with this product .

Best thing's in this machine: Very less noise, Nice wash quality, best body build, very less water used, auto detergent box cleaning, express wash(45-60mins) max.

i always had a doubt that fully automatic doesn't clean clothes properly and being a mom of a totally naughty and messy daughter i needed a machine which will leave no stain on clothes, and it took me 1 month to decide finally what to buy at last i bought this amazing washing machine with inbuilt heater. this is just amazing and leaves no stain. i am happy with my decision. we buy these things once or twice or maximum thrice in life and i will suggest that buy this washing machinebecause its like a best friend who understands what you want ;)
