I'm using this ac since one month.So here are my verdict Pros: Super Fast cooling, Low power consumption, 10 years warranty on compressor, 5 years warranty on condenser & 1 year on whole product. Flipkart as its best(delivery,promptness & after sales support) and one more thing flipkart arranged the installation directly with samsung.This time no jeeves were assigned. Cons: No copper condenser& hidden charges of installation.Samsung techies will force you to buy the accessories and wall hanging stand at an excessive overpriced rate.so be aware about that and in that case you will not get any help from samsung customer service. Judgement: If Samsung directly take the installation money online then it will save us from cheaters(Samsung technicians). Please respond whether If you find this Review Helpful.

I bought it 2 days back. Its working well. Installation at 490 was by flipkart but the technician took Rs= 2100 for installation as there are hidden charges during installation. It should be clarified to the customer first. Service of Flipkart is good.

At the time of the purchasing the following specifications are given: 1. Energy saving is 5 star 2. warranty is 10 years. But after purchasing 1. Energy saving is 3 star mentioned on the sticker 2. warranty is 10 years. - mentioned in the document.

worst product.. this is the second time the ac coil has been changed.. now again the smell started to come.. I had requested for a complete product exchange but samsung was not ready to replace the entire product.
