The delivery service was prompt and courteous by Flipkart. But the installation guys called by evening only on Monday with the product being delivered on Sunday. All my opinions may have a comparison with my old 6.6 kg videocon digimarine machine.The machines is silent compared to Videocon which i was using for five years. Wash is pretty better with cloth softner inlet which is convinient. Untill 2 weeks of usage, it is better compared to videocon and flipkart got me a good deal compared to outside stores who were charging a preimum of atleast 4-5k more for the same model. Hope this helps in anyone who is deciding on the machine.

I was looking for front load, but settled for this top load machine. It is much better than the one we were using(whirlpool). Its been 2 weeks and extremely satisfied . More happy as we got for a good deal. Service from flipkart was super and delivery and installation was sharp on time.

Guys, I was confused between semi Automatic and Fully Automatic Washing Machine, but somehow i chose Fully Automatic. Trust me that was the best decision taken, No Hazzles, no Worries..just put in your clothes and the detergent..rest will be taken care by the machine. Go for Fully Automatic if you have the same confusion, your life will be easier and free of "Washing Clothes tension" :) & LG rocked with all good features and over all great washing experience. and Hats off to Flipkart team, Awesome delivery i would say faster than the Retail showrooms !

I have this one in red color; it is good as an automatic but not fast wash like LG semi-automatic machine... The rotation speed of the washer is always slow compared to SA. BUT. it is always good to have our own robot machine :D

very good product, hassle free installation arranged by flip kart with LG team. Noise free , runs smooth, cleans clothes, better than products offered by other companies in same price range. All together very happy customer, and bang on service by Flip kart. 5 stars.
