Google Nexus 7 C 2013 Tablet - Reviews

There are many people in the market that sell at your rate, no wonder. Please reduce it to 18-20K minimum, so that I and like me, many thousands would buy immediately, good great business for you and the OEM. All the best

This is by far the best tablet around. Enough said. Also flipkart service is as good as usual. There are sleeves available for nexus 7 in google play store. I bought one from them. Those sleeves are the best covers for nexus 7. Flipkart should make those available in their site.

I've been using the Nexus 7C 3013 (32 GB) for over a month now and thoroughly enjoying the experience. Updated itself to the latest android version available, no hard reset required unlike Windows 8M as there was no decrease in its performance etc. ( I have a Lumia 720) Some of the reviews indicate a poor battery life, but I think the battery life is fine for such a big display and high resolution. Reading e-books has been wonderful on its screen. experience has been very good. However I'm not sure why Android is such a hit compared to windows phone, the play store applications are much more expensive compared to Windows store, not to mention there is so much Junk on the Playstore and the actually totally Free applications are so less and the ones there are the advertisements and the limitations on those apps is much more distracting on Android. But I don't want to take away anything from the product (i.e., Nexus 7C). The Tab is very nice to hold just about the right weight and thickness. The only little not so good (I'm really nit picking now) I can point out is the positioning of the Power on button especially with a cover on, it takes some searching being slightly angled towards the rear and is kind of flush with the body. The only better thing was the Flipkart delivery. It was delivered within 36 hours of order to my address in Chennai without any special delivery request (read 1 day delivery). Keep it up FLIPKART.

I had purchased the LTE version of Google Nexus 7 from WS Retail for Rs. 25,200. I was mainly looking out for a tablet for reading on-the-move, content like websites, ebooks, news, so the tablet had to have high screen clarity. Pros: 1. Highest screen clarity for an Android tablet at 323 ppi 2. Smooth buttery graphics for high end games like Asphalt 8 3. Decent front and back camera 4. Battery lasts for a day 5. USB OTG - by which you can attach keyboards or mice. Pen drives can be used only after installing Nexus Media Importer app which is not free. Cons: 1. Device gets quite heated after some minutes of heavy usage like gaming 2. No calling or SMS 3. A little difficult to find scratch guard and case 4. Micro SIM for 3G NOW THE BIG PROBLEM: My unit worked absolutely well for around 20 days. However, after that, the 3G cellular signal suddenly dropped to zero. I checked the SIM with other devices and it was absolutely fine. Tried all techniques(even factory reset), but the signal did not return. Hence, was wondering whether to return it to Flipkart or to go to service centre (Asus is known for pathetic service). Then, on the 26th day, when I plugged in my earphones to make a Viber call, the device suddenly restarted. And stopped on the boot screen(four circles after the Google logo). Now, it simply refused to go beyond this point, in spite of many factory resets. The best option was to return it back, and that' s what I did. At that time, it was out of stock, so they accepted my return request and gave a full refund of the amount within 3 days! Verdict: Full marks to Flipkart. About Nexus 7, its the best Android tablet on paper. I won't go for buying it again though.

Bought this tab a month back. One of the best tabs I have ever used. Really happy with it. And would recommend anyone who is looking for the best tab in the market. Pros : Stock Android, Processor, Ram, storage. Cons : No Voice calling (You get everything other than this one facility) :(

I've used 2012 version & can say 2013 version is a vastly improved one. Great product! Good to hold. Very compact design & a display to die for. The display is so good that finding high res photos on the internet becomes a challenge. 1080p movies look like a dream. Perfect for movies & reading. Camera is decent in bright light. Better shooter than my iPad 2 cam. Now the cellular part: Kitkat update removed the SMS app which is a downer. Now when you get SMS you can only view it & not revert. Also there is no dialer so to run USSD services. To check 3G balance becomes difficult. I am sure you can root & do things but I like my devices (just like my car) completely stock. Battery backup on 3G is average (very good on WiFi). Expect it to charge every 1.5 day or so if you it a lot on 3G. 3G reception of the device is good though. So that's about it. Great device at a great price.

i guess i don't have to explain its feature but when i'm using it, believe me its the fastest and coolest tablet ever. crossed all expectations and I'm fully satisfied. Flipkart was really fast in terms of delivery.

No second thoughts.. Just go this if you're ready to shell out 20k . In my opinion anything that is of Google's stock is super optimized. That is what makes Nexus stand on top. Since this is probably the last among the Google's stock OS running Moto and Nexus line-up devices to receive an update, you can relax yourself... That is you'll get a bug free update or you won't get one. I haven't received the 5.0 update yet and I got 4.4.4 almost 2 months after Nexus 5 got it's update. I used to play my favourite games Iron Man 3 and Can Knockdown 3 which superheats the device but performance is too good. You can't install WhatsApp directly from Google Play. So I put the SIM in a smartphone created an account from that phone. Installed apk manually on Nexus 7. (WhatsApp gives the apk to download from it's website for free) And then I put it the SIM back onto my device. And viola!!! My account automatically got migrated when I stayed online and checked back after a few hours. This device can't take calls or call somebody. You can't SMS anyone. But you can receive SMS!!! I disabled most of the default Google Apps except for YouTube and Drive which I use the most. I didn't like Quickoffice. Hence I use Kingsoft (free and ad-free!!!). Battery is enormous. I stay online and keep using IM, social networks, browse, YouTube and check mails on mobile data. The battery lasted for more than one day. It would stay still more longer if I use Wi-Fi. I don't like Nexus 9 since it looks like iPad which too big for me to hold whereas Nexus 7's form factor is like a small note or scribble pad that you would take for a meeting hall. Loved it!!! And Qualcomm SOC, best at doing what they say. And the one that motivated me to buy this device was that, it's from ASUS, the Taiwan giant, leader in motherboards. Plus this 7C is a bug-free version of Nexus 7C (2012). Overall, in my opinion, the best of the best among android tablets!!!!

This was the best H/w you could hv got in 2013. Best CPU/Ram/Screen Specs. 1.Sleek and slim. Though had to buy a cover to secure it. doubles the weight. 2.Amazing Screen Resolution, High-Def pics look almost 3D. 3.Battery Life is also good. 9hr of standby and 2% discharge (not-rooted). 4. Memory (2Gb) + 1.5GHz does what expected of it. 5. Camera Perfoms well in Well Lit / Bright Environment, not so good indoors. But recently Tegra has launched its 7" Tablet ( marketed by Xolo in India ) which beats this tablet in almost all sections except Display. that too in 15k Antutu Scores. =========== Nexus 7 -2013 = 20830 Tegra 7 Note = 34800 Needless to say, I bought that too :) And to my surprise Tegra Note 7 is as good as this Nexus 7 2013. ( + it has Stylus too ) So if you want craftsmanship and design and can spend buy Nexus, but clearly Tegra delivers much more than value for money. ( almost double )
Agree with Sharad - Please reduce the cost to AT LEAST 20,000, I will immediately buy it!!
