very worst delivery service. Flipkart was suppose to provide doorstep delivery. but as machine reached near me. courier guy called me and told me that they will not be able to deliver product at my doorstep. they asked me to to receive product approximately 17 Km away from my home. i called up flipkart and told about the same flipkart told me that product will be delivered to my doorstep. next day again i called flipkart and told about the situation. they told me that they have taken request and will instruct courier company to deliver to doorstep. but in afternoon again got call from courier company that they are reached at the point they asked me to collect the product. i denied that i will not come you have to deliver at doorstep. again called flipkart and told that they are insisting on receive product. flipkar again took request but did not do anything regarding it. they did not had any conversation with courier company to resolve issue. after two hours again got call from courier company that if i am not coming to receive the product they are returning it back. now i had only option either receive product where they are saying or let it return and wait for another week or God knows how many days. so i hired someone went there and picked up machine and brought to my home. i had to pay 300 rs for the same. as per product is concerned. it is good for the price. made with light weight plastic reducing overall weight. and finish is very good. which express high quality construction work. machine is too noisy. and spin tub cannot even take the 75 percent of the full wash load. spin tub is no way 1300 rpm. but lot better than other companies out there. extract water from clothes very well. product working nicely
