First to start with the brand...being IFB is a premium brand every one loves to have it at their home so as me...other than this nothing special... it's a very basic model will be best to suit for a small family like couples and their children's... don't believe the demo video..few things are exaggerated in that...I am very new to washing machine usage..and I am disappointed with the Washing quality of this machine...tough stains at shirt collar aswell in phant bottom are not satisfactorily washed. Other than this remaining clothes are good..one good thing is the water consumption is very very low....I would suggest to people who are crazy about brands can purchase it..... During installation i am quite disappointed since the demo person suggesting many things like eco filter is must and other local bottom stands are not recommended only the IFB stand to be used. Both things costs 3k in excess...then the inlet and outlet pipes not suit to our home so I spend 1k in excess to replace with other ones for our home. I strongly recommend IFB to look into this ..i.e..the machine must be manufactured along with the eco filter if it's mandatory...How they expect users to spend so much money on buying these accesories...it alone costs some 25 to 30 percent money of the machine..... finally I am using it for past 3 weeks...working well...other than few corns I noted remaining all well... that's all...think and do some market study before buy this. ...

I am very much satisfied with product, but the person who came for installation & demo was so rude, he have no idea how to talk to customer, I was asking questions to him regarding washing machine, he was replying me very arrogantly, his handling of machine accessories was not at all good, he was throwing the inlet hose and drain pipe on the floor, he was banging the door of washing machine very harshly, dear flipkart please take serious action against this useless people, even there was no use of demo, we took information from Google and using our washing machine.

Installation guy forcing to buy products which cost 5-8k be ware guys those are not manditory

Entry level product. Satisfied with the product. Purchased this product and got next day delivery at Howrah, W.B. Product is good. Small and compact. Pros: - Quick delivery and installation/demo - Washing quality is good - Water heater works amazing - Design and quality. Top is plastic. Rest is sturdy metal. - Water and detergent consumption is balanced. - No vibration - Average rinse quality This is an entry level machine so don't expect much. Also keep note that the tub draining system is very quick, ensure you have proper drainage connection near machine. Cons- - No delay programme - Although it is 6 kg but the agent told us not to fill the tub more than 60%. This limits its capacity to 4kg approx. Which is below average. - Wash time is slightly on higher side. But you get a dedicated quick wash button which reduces the total time by 30-40% - You need to purchase a seperate filter if there is dust particles in your regular water supply which will cost you 2500. IFB trolley will cost you 1900. Drum cleaner rs 200/ sachet. 1 L Liquid detergent rs 360 (wash quality is good) ---- Agent will insist (not force) you to purchase everything. You may consider it as per your requirement. Behaviour of agent was good though. - Initially there was veri little noise while washing. After use of almost 3-4 months i have noticed that noise has increased. It is tolerable.

Don't buy...spin sound is too loud...no place to put fabric conditioner

Don't buy products like this., They will compel you to buy accessories like trolley, stabilizer. Etc . Actually I am already using same model. Exchanged for a new one, so I don't need accessories. When I said this they told me that I will not be given any warranty. Similar incident I got from Maruthi nexa I don't know why bdy indian companies are like this. People Please review properly when reviewing products. We are buying based on others reviews.

A pro among the front loads. This is a fantastic piece of engineering. Cleans the cloths to sharp bright and is silent in a moderatly noisy environment. If you are in a silent zone then this sounds like a space ship going at it's top speed, but the sound is not annoying. No technical issues so far after two months of grinding it with almost all types of lenin. Best wash results with IFB detergent which constitutes detergent and a softer. I hope they add a small qty of emulsifier to it which makes it a one single product with three benefits. Easy and fast installation by IFB technical support team. Fantastic feedback team, addressing to your concerns first and then taking the feedback. Worth the price. Best for Bachelor's if staying together or alone. Best for Family as well. Fairly moderate consumption of Power.

Product is good but demo was a very bad experience .please be alert if they sell extra products to you of IFB .take proper bill of those from the person who gives demo.
