Excellent cooling. Prompt delivery. I installed this AC on 4th floor of my house above which there is roof and the outdoor unit is placed on roof. Despite of this cooling is very good for my 10*12 room. Further i am running this AC on solar inverter and on measuring current it comes out to be 6.5A @230Volts which is quite good. The flip side was the installation part. The person who installed my AC seems very unprofessional.Even he didn't have electrical tape for wire joints. He used plastic wrapper instead. Later i taped the joint with electrical tape.LG should look at this part as it will dent its image.

Quick delivery...I received air conditioner very next day after placing order, though I am staying far away from Mumbai, thanks to Flipkart. Installation done as per my convinince. I am using it since last 15 days so I'm not commenting about it's Energy Efficiency, I would like to comment about it but only after receiving my electricity bill and I am sure it's not going to disappoint me... because I have a trust in these two well-known brands Flipkart and LG. Thanks

nice product, consumes less power and give best cooling, but installation team was not like LG professional, they are just local guys.

Good product..cooling is nice...received on 27th June and the installation was done on 2nd July (little late) but lg people were good and installation done properly... you people can try this ac .....thanks.

5 Star product. I've just been using this for a week so far and it's only April yet so let's see how it works in peak heat season. Very pleased with my choice so far though. My only complaint is that there are too many stickers on the Indoor unit that they don't show you in the product pictures. The 2 big LG advertising stickers about Copper coil and Energy Saving peeled off easily leaving no marks behind. Thank God! There is another 10 years warranty is more difficult and I left it alone, doesn't look bad anyway. But what I totally find irritating and ugly is the sarkari BEE Rating sticker in garish colors on the front and two product bar-code stickers at the bottom and the side. I presume it's mandatory for appliances to display the BEE sticker at the point of sale. What's the logic of using it with a strong glue so it can't be removed once the product is sold??? The Bar Code product ID stickers should be on the inside of the front panel where the filters are so that they are invisible in day to day use. Installation in Noida was prompt and done by experienced LG employees and not a 3rd party agency. They did a decent job. Had to pay them extra for the outdoor unit's stand/ wall-mount brackets which is strange since I should have thought that they should have been part of the original package.
