Brilliant Buy with 9 months no cost Emi at Rs 26500 all inclusive. Product is nice and full of features. Wifi operations works well. A bit of lag in wifi operation but it works. Silent feature is too good. I sense works well. Outer unit a bit noisy as it's not inverter AC. Indoor unit is a beauty with brains. Overall a big billion purchase. I am happy with the product and services provided by Hitachi and Flipkart.

for the price you are getting hitachi awesome one loved it good cooling i have been using hitachi from last 3 years this is my second ac..from hitachi... its good people who r complaining about noise, should get your your ac properly installed or call service center as for me there is no noise at all

nice product and get it for only 20600 one in big billions day thanks to flipkart. excellent cooling. As of now I have used for a week only. Till now all good, can write a complete review after using for six months. Installation was free but stand and other materials cost around 1800/-. Only drawback is swing which sometimes not working and after restarting AC it starts working.

Hitachi sells by name and rightly so, I had installed some AC’s from hitachi 6-7 years back and to save some bucks went with some LG AC’s in other rooms and I regret now. Hitachi AC’s still run and cool almost as new while LG AC’s are already looking like they will only last a year or two more. Thus I purchased a Hitachi again and although it is just 1.2 it cools really fast and efficiently due to the copper condenser and sufficient even for a medium to large room depending upon the sun facing and window size. Compared to other companies, the only downside Hitachi has is the pathetic service network, they hire unprofessional freelancers for service work one of whom broke my AC swing while servicing it and other one broke a nut and punctured the gas chamber of my ac and had to repair and refill it even before first use. The good thing being they are seldom required. Coming to this AC one big downside is it does not have automatic Swing, which was shocking and unacceptable to me and thus I’m reducing one star from its rating.

I like the separate Buttons given on the Hitachi remote. Mine is 1BHK and the AC works quite well for the small room. Good buy. Worth the money.

great product by Hitachi. super delivery by flipkart. but..........but the installation as scheduled by their partner wasn't smooth at all. zero communication. finally I had to book installation request by Hitachi itself and get it done.

great value for money. delivered within 5 day and installed by Hitachi service center within 3 day after delivery. it is consuming electricity only 1 unit per hrs and great cooling and very low noise. i think it is great value for money. Great service by flipkart and hitachi. 5 star.

It has been great. They were ready to attend very next day after getting the product. But the installation done as per my desire. The technical support had been excellent. They are very professional and skilled. The position that they have been asked to provide the outdoor and indoor unit was not in the favour of them. Inspite of the same they did the work exeptinally well. Made some little adjustment in the position of both the unit as per the technical staff resulting better cooling.
