I have just bought this product. Very early to write anything about this machine. But I am absolutely disappointed with your exchange policy. If you expect a old washing machine with zero defects, no dent, no rust, no dust, no scratch, and expects it to be too good like a brand new one, then I would rather use the old machine itself instead of buying it from you. This is unacceptable. A product which is few years old and in good working condition more than enough for an exchange. But inspite of this, your Ekart people have rejected the exchange and made me to pay 1000. Not Expected from you. Wake Up, Competitors are chasing you !!!

Somehow colour shed of Washing Machine found different. In pictures showing dark purple shed. But in actual product colour shed found light/ fent purple. But product is better. no complaints about function.

LG Company's home appliances is always better than other brand, this machine work properly, not have any defects. But the colour shwon in the picture is not like the actual. colur is totally different means only the top panel colour is same as shown but the base colour is very fent.

The product was obtained at a very good deal. It has a very good appearance. Perfect for a family of 3 or 4. But the inlet pipe is a little short could have been longer.
