Overall it’s a good product but look wise it’s not upto the mark. It has no lcd panel for showing temperature. Cooling is good and it’s 4-star so energy efficient too. It cools the room in about 2 minutes and blow of air through fan is also good. Worth to buy it.

Nice value for money ac... Since it's a basic ac model not much in feature but easily does it job of cooling and comfortable environment. Even at 30 degree c its very effective... Have to check its performance for another 3 months of summer.... Installation done arranged by jeevas took 3370 bucks slightly on higher side but job well done... Even some irritating sound was coming from ac but they resolve it with some effort...

The product is just amazing, cools the room in 10 minutes, make room cold like Switzerland. I bought two same AC's, in my room we use it full 8-10 hours in Auto mode(this is important as compressor is not on for all 8 hours) and in other room the AC is used for about 4 hours, we got a bill of Rs 1500 for the month of April & May, so 4 star rating surely reduces energy consumption. Installation was done at Rs 1500 + other expenses which comes around Rs 3500-4000 per AC, but the installation was flawless and so neat and clean, I paid them additional Rs 200 for good work, I cannot even see a single wire or any kind of hole on the wall, great work. I had read a lot of bad reviews of installation here but my experience was very good.

I bought it from Flipkart during the sale period and got it for 30,499 with no cost EMI. My experience after a week of use is good enough. Most suitable for rooms upto 10'X10'. Unlike mentioned in some of the reviews, the AC doesn't make any noise and is super silent while chilling. Look wise too it's good. One drawback that exists in most of the split ACs is that they do not have a display panel on the unit, and only on the remote. Same with this one, you just cannot check the temperature just by looking at the AC. Regarding installation, the Jeeves agency hired by Flipkart for installation asked for Rs. 1600. I, however called and checked with Hitachi guys and they installed the product for free. So guys, gi for Hitachi installation as it's way better and cheaper than Jeeves. Recommended buy.

Ideal for small rooms!! For maximum energy efficiency do not keep the ac switching on and off!! Let it run. For installation , do from hitachi personnel!!

flipcart service is the best.... timely deliver ..But installation experience is horrible... Please do not take installation service from flipcart agency.. Hitach co. installation service is excellent.. .. now I am happy with my AC. Thank you flipcart & Hitachi co.

Pros: Cooling is Fine. Noise level is very less. It actually surprised me. Small in size. Copper Condenser. 4* Rating Cons: -Boring Design. -The Removable Sensor Panel is of different color. How company like Hitachi could produce this kind of product? - Minimum Function. Expecting more at this price range comparing other brand. I just bought it only for HITACHI brand Name. Be judicious while making the choice. You may find better product at this price range.

I would call product is average as it takes time to cool down the room and it has an issue with its design as well. It's better to use Voltas or LG AC's
