The product was delivered to me on time. Thanks to Flipkart!! I have been using this washing machine for quite sometime now. It works flawlessly. Once by mistake a coin was there in one of the pockets of a cloth I washed. The coin went inside and the machine started giving me an error. I raised a service request with Haier and the next day their executive came and fixed it. Really impressed with Haier's service.

Booked on a Thursday, delivered on Saturday. One phone call on sat asking if the delivery can be done in morning as I had selected evening slot (so exceeded expectations as delivered before time). No issues with packaging or defects etc. Product does a good job. Good for single person or couples. Doesn't make too much noise. Excellent product for the price and thanks flipkart to provide 3 offers which made the price quite affordable for a full automatic machine and beat the rivals pricing by a good 1800/- Thanks

Very nice and the service provided is too good. This is an amazing product which is available at such a less price. It is compact, acquires very less space. All you need to do is just drop your clothes in, add the detergent and click ! So far the experience has been very satisfying. Would strongly recommend this product for small families or bachelors.

Options are fuzzy and not washing properly. Now a days flipkart not delivering good quality products. I am 6 years old customer to them and now getting pissed off just because of their low quality products. The customer care people also not responding properly with customers. I can precept one day all customers will stop purchasing in flipkart its for sure, then flipkart will recognize customer value. I used for 20 days and writting this review. This machine is not good and Don't go for it.

Awesome product 100 percent worth the money and if you use the machine as advised am sure it will last for long ! The water inlet pipe is just 1 meter of length so I had to buy 3 meter pipe from market. But other than this the performance of the machine is at its BEST . Flipkart exchange service is efficient and the Haier service team was very prompt and did the installation on time as advised( 1 working day) . Thanks to Flipkart & Haier ! Happy customer - using it for last 2 months now .
