Delivery :- Product delivery was not satisfactory. The product arrived to destination city two days back, after so many escalations the product was still not delivered. I personally go to the nearest "Delhivery" outlet and personally picked up the product from my personal conveyance. What is the whole point of online shopping? Installation:- Installation guys were in a hurry that they didn't even waited to give a demo for the machine. The problem was that they have to change a power plug socket in modular board which would hardly take 10 minutes but they niether waited for it nor done it themselves. ( Remember that this machine comes with a POWER PLUG, so better that you arrange a power plug socket nearby). Also the water inlet & outlet pipe is hardly 1 meter in length. so better purchase beforehand from the market or the installation guys will find and excuse. purchase from outside market as it is less costly then the company's Pros- The machine performance is overall fabulous with different settings for different cloth types. Best wash quality while maintaining the integrity of cloth. Low power consumption due to inverter motor. 6 motion DD is magic. Displays the time left in washing. Cons- It has very violent vibrations at high speeds. My machine tended to "walk" on the floor. The displacement is such huge that I was afraid it would break the wires and plugs. It is partially mistake from company side that it should have kept in mind that floors nowdays are Slippery due to marble and tiles. If you are facing such problem dont buy a washing machine stand, that will only add upto it. I bought a rubber mat and placed under the machine and the displacement is reduced by 90% effectively. One more thing , you can go for the Hot water model instead of steam as I see there is no use to it counting on daily basis. Hope you find this review Helpful. Happy Washing :)

The product was delivered in good and well packed condition.The washing machine is very silent during washing compared to other brands. But spinning is not noiseless.

Washing Machine is Very Good... Before buying this Washing machine on Flipkart I have done a long research and decided to go for this one though it has low buyers because brands like Bosch and Ifb they are also good but their service is not that good and their after sales parts are also expensive... But Lg is like a household brand you will get its parts and service very easily....And I saw many complaints about vibration issue and before purchasing this product I somewhat confused whether to buy it or not but I decided to go for it... And after some usage I found that its vibration is not that much, every washing machine had vibration issues and its normal.... We had an top load washing machine which also vibrates... But some users reported that their machines vibrates a lot and tend to dance on the floor I have not faced it yet... Lastly I am very much happy with this product... Important point if you use stand for this machine it shakes a lot but if you put on the floor than everything is perfect... Though I am using stand but I dont like it... And last thing under and near the washing machine keep the area fully waterless there should be no water near and under the machine... Its recommended by the Installation guy... Cheers.

I did a very detailed research before choosing this LG washing machine. Conclusion: When this machine is compared with it’s IFB, Samsung and Bosch counterparts, this machine easily stands out from the rest due to the following points:- 1. Very Quite and Smooth Motor: Even when it’s rotating at 1000rpm, the vibrations are greatly contained and the sound of the motor is almost negligible (thanks to the Inverter Tech.). 2. Good Amount of Programs available: When comparing this with the Samsung Inverter Front load, this machine has a lot more programs to choose from and one can even download new and updated programs using the ThinQ app (available for both Android and iOS) since this machine can connect with your smartphone using NFC. 3. LG’s great After-sales Service: When it comes to LG I’m more confident with its After-sales than the others (since I used a LG Punch Automatic Washing Machine for about 15yrs. and the customer support was great during its lifespan). 4. Awesome Cleaning and Drying Capabilities. 5. Can heat water up to 95•c. 6. Intuitive touch panel with all sorts of customization. 7. Child Lock. 8. Much better design and aesthetics. 9. 10yrs. warranty (on motor). Hence, I’d suggest to spend a lil bit more and get this one....since it’s gonna last much longer than the rest. (Bosch is also long lasting, but Bosch India’s service isn’t that good)

good product but it is over price because the steam works in 2 programs only and the mission runs very slow and good but it is very very very very slow one wash will be take more than one and half hour

Little bit noise will come while running end of the tume , if it is less than 25k means better to buy it's good . I received the product on the date which I have mentioned date exactly ,the day after day itself installation boy has come and explained each one.
