Its been 5 days with this product. Let me give the proper review of the product. Looks: 5/10 ( not that good but manageable ) CPU: 9/10 ( great CPU, very poweful ) RAM: 9/10 ( 4GB soldered + 4GB in slot, also as per CPUz, there is one vacant slot too for adding additional RAM ) GPU: 9/10 ( powerful enough at this price range ) Hard Drive: 1TB seems good but its 5400 rpm only that makes the overall laptop slow. However, this is common across almost all laptops in this range. Battery: 5-7 hours upon full charge. Conclusion: 5400 rpm hard drive makes this wonderful device very slow at times. Do consider replacing it with SSD and you will see the performance boost. Other than that, its good laptop. OPERATING SYSTEM SUPPORT: Ubuntu seems to work fine without installing any additional drivers, however, only Windows (10) works good with this laptop as we get all the drivers from individual vendors. What could be better? Add an SSD, install Windows 10 on the SSD.

For this price its very good i must say... Its fast and battery life is good.in case of gaming I've tried watchdogs only and it runs the game in high setting smoothly. For best experience set graphics settings to medium to high. Will update the review after i test it more. Display is not that great though.... But considering the price i won't complaint

I bought this on a sale at RS 35990. This laptop can be compared with the laptops in the range of 50k-60k. The build quality is superb. A silver plate with ASPIRE written on it. Inner body is metallic and the outer side of lid is fibre with linings on it and ACER written on the middle of it gives it a premium look. 8 GB DDR4 RAM, 2.5 GHZ×4 processors manage everything efficiently. You don't need to doubt about its processing capabilities as they are awesome. 2 GB Nvidia graphics card is impossible in this price range but still, it exists. I have installed Ubuntu on it and despite a Linux OS, battery backup is 5 hours. The battery is unremovable so don't think to mess with it. Sounds are great. You probably don't need any speakers. The placement of speakers is good. Dual speakers, one at left and another at right gives a perfect sound. No CD/DVD slot provided. Not a problem for me , CDs are slower than pen drives. The display is great at this price range but still lacks some vibrance and colour. I would rate the display as 8/10. Touchpad is cool. Unlike the other rubber touchpads, it won't degrade with time. Multi-finger support available. They keyboard is also good one for typing if you are a developer/Programmer. Wireless networks, ports are fine. If you are looking for a laptop within 40k, you can't find better than this. Go for it.

I had no problems with the product received. Happy with the delivery and packaging. Does not come with Linux installed( it's very easy to do so yourself). Pros Maybe the best laptop at this price(Around 35k). Specs are great compared to other 50k Laptops. Build quality is good. Has an anti glare display. Runs super smooth and does not get too hot. You can get 4 Hours battery life with normal use easily. Track pad is good, Speakers are loud enough. The hardware underneath is easily accessible. Placement of ports is nice. Cons Display is not great. Viewing angles and colors are not good( It's good enough for me). Key travel is not good either, but you can get used to it. No windows (if you have your own copy or use Linux it doesn't matter). - If you are a normal user who plays some entry level games, you should buy this. - The only things you get more with a 55-65k Laptop is better display, Windows and a GTX1050/1050Ti. (Well some of them have THE EXACT SAME 940MX) but ask yourself this, Do you need those things?

I am using this laptop from last few days and i'm pretty much satisfied with it's performance especially when it comes to graphics which ignites the gaming spirit in you..It comes with drivers in CD so you need not to go anywhere else for the drivers. It's a great laptop under 40k and is much better than other brands in this range. Acer does'nt provide a disk drive with this laptop and you need to get these drivers loaded onto your pd from some other source So this CD becomes useless until you get these drivers into your pd. Otherwise laptop is good.

I bought this kapoor, but at times this used to get freezer and finally had to reset it. Later on analysing found that it was due to less memory compared to processor. I added 8gb stick more to it, now it has turned into a beast a robust one. 7th gen processor with 16 gig ram. Worth buying.

Good laptop at this price point. But beware it will only accept win 10. You can try and install win 7 but there is one big problem. Acer don't provide drivers for win 7 and neither does Intel. So you will be stuck with win 7 with no drivers. Also don't install drivers from the provided CD. They are all outdated. Better download the latest one from Acer's website. Rest design is quite sleek and speakers are bottom mounted.

Best laptop in this price range. Awesome gaming experience! Battery drains a bit fast while playing high end games like GTA 5 otherwise battery backup is good.
