Bought in Big billion Days at Rs 25k. First of all thank you Flipkart n LG for this amazing Product n timely installation. Wash quality is good, Silent n Vibration free, Aesthetically also nice Product. One star less cause Drum size is small as compared to other competitors like IFB n Bosch. So if you want to buy 7kg then go for 8Kg in LG.

I have got very good knowledge in washing machines and this product is worth for INR 25000 which I got in offer. I am very disappointed by the LG people who where supposed to give a demo and installation by today. I got call yesterday for demo but I was not at home in the evening, so asked them to come today. However no one has called yet and I have called them so many times but they are just giving me falls promises that they will come. I have customer support twice and every person giving different different information and no one on same page. horrible customer service Flipkart has got. It is 6 pm now and no one has come yet. In this case it is always better to buy product going to the shop instead. I rate the customer support and LG installation people a complete zero (0).

Waste of time... this machine is never available. I bought this product in big billion days..it was delivered after 20 days and then it came out as defective then I had to return the product... even replacement was not available... and after thar I am not able to buy this product again coz it is never available...

I am shifted from lg semi automatic to Fully automatic washing machine . Very less noise , one advantage is water and detergent require very less . Good design value for money . Washing quality is Superb . Dryer is not so effective but ok as it’s not separate like semi . Overall experience is very good

Hi Guys I am writing this post after delivery of this washing Machine, I booked washing machine on 9Aug, and delivery of product was on 12 Aug. Delivery is very fast, safe By Flipkart.Weight of the machine is near about 60 kg. First of all for this machine u need 16 amp socket and wel pressure washing machine tab. I booked the demo installation by calling LG CC, demo/installation was done on the same day of its delivery. Now about machine. I searched lot to buy a washing machine, compare the price almost from the local retailer to Big mol, but best deal was given by Flipkart. Machine was best in class, 7kg Grey colour Fully automatic Direct drive machine is value for money, while reading the reviews of this machine before purchasing I heard about its vibration s and noise, but no vibrations found and no noise while spinning, rinse. clothes are dry up to 70 to 80%. Today in market various machines available like stem giving, auto Buble, this machine not provide such facilities only gives best washing experience.lastly I can only say PAISA HAI AAPKA AKHIR MARJI HAI AAPKI. THANKS LG.
