Blue star is Daddy in terms of cooling and performance. I ordered both 1 ton 5 star and 1.5 ton 5 star AC for 2 rooms. Both rooms get to set temperature in about 10-15 mins max. 4 way swing and self clean tech is dope as well. It consumes less units as well. I use approx. 12-14 hours of AC and it's performance is very impressive . This 2021 model is only available online. Rs 1500- installation+ Rs 900 for ODU stand was paid to service technician post delivery.

I will not use flipkart plateform anymore. Totally disappointing behaviour after payment done. To flipkart term and conditions are more important than customers satisfaction. And all rules are only for flipkart rights not for consumer rights I am going to consumer forum for this.

Worth for money

Man....It's SIMPLY WOW... my 10*10 Room faces sun from morning to evening from all sides but in the night you Switch On This And it feels like SHIMLA. 5 star for cooling ...

Good product value for money

The product has been delivered on scheduled day and has been installed within 2 days. The person who came for installation surrendered that he do not have much knowledge on the functionalities of the particular model to provide a demo, at least to let me know the remote features and requested to ask Flipkart to arrange for the same. As directed, I raise a ticket in Flipkart but didn't get any fruitful action being taken from their end for next 15 days. Meanwhile I was only able to switch on / off the ac along with adjusting the temperature. I really need to understand rest of the features for which demo was necessary. Even I noticed that switching the AC off from the remote doesn't stop the ODU which you can find on other's comment as well. Losing all the hopes, I had to finally raise my concern to Mr. Bansal, on response of which I received repeated calls for the resolution. Finally two experts have been sent on my residence who briefed me the functionalities very well and also resolved the immediate stop of ODU unit from switching off by remote. It was only a wrong connection being made by the installers who came first time which has been corrected and it all goes well. Rating: Product - 5 Service / Support - 2

Amazing product at this price. Works really smoothly and cools really fast. One downside, compared to some other brands, is that Blue Star does not provide warranty for PCB after the first year.

Didn't see any rating or review when I noticed this product in flipkart. Blue Star brand value made me order this product. Delivered earlier than expected date, installation was quick. , Cooling is good, satisfied with the product. Thanks flipkart for the service, blue star for the product.
