After using a few months, A nice product, Value for Money. since it is a top load machine it is a bit noisy consumes water when compared to front load I have been using liquid detergent, since the powder detergent sticks to clothes in top load machines If we want to use powder detergent then we need to mix it in a tub of water stir it until it dissolved and the we need to pour it. There is no compartment separately provisioned for cloth conditioners. you need to calculate the time before the last wash and dry process starts and the you need to pour it Product Rating: 4

water inlet pipe is designed so badly that if you increase the tap pressure water leaks from the sides of pipe instead of entering washing machine. because of this, for a 15-30 mins program it takes 4-5 hours to get the water filled and washing machine turns on. I am pouring the water manually to run the programs, basically a design fault which I did not expect it from a big brand

Great washing machine with great features,looks good, installation was very quick in fact it was on same day but as I was unavailable it had rescheduled to other day, installation guy had machine stand and cover which I bought for additional 1900 rupees. They give receipt for that also. only con is I couldn't exchange my old washing machine as I had given the load capacity of older washing machine wrong flipkart should give option to change any mistakes in exchange form, if needed they can reduce the amount accordingly but still it was cheai by 500 rupees from retail stores and also saved on transportation.

A bit faulty logic for the pre wash selection. Having used LG automatics, this machine' logic is a bit flawed. It keeps rotating to check the load even when I have preselected the water level, which shouldn't happen.

Good washing machine. love the feature where it calculates and tells the amount of detergent to be used. the quick wash is effective. delivery and installation was a breeze.
