The best laptop available at this price. I am handy with Ubuntu so its doing all wonders for me. However, you can get generic windows installed from a local vendor at minimal cost. It has a basic mat finished body with least styling elements. The keypad is also very basic but comfortable to use. When it comes to performance, it is no less than its counterparts. Comes with a decent battery backup of ~2+ hours. I recommend this product if you are on a low budget.

This laptop comes with Ubuntu 14.04 64bit OS preloaded and recovery media creator as feature from Dell. I received this laptop last evening played for an hour, found quite sticky and sensitive mouse pad and buttons on Ubuntu 14.04. The laptop's response was very slow as compared to the laptop I am used to work on Dev laptop at office so finally formated and re-installed Xubuntu 16.04. With Xubuntu 16.04 its quite fast and the sticky or sensitive mouse pad-buttons issue is not seen now. For beginner who wants to go in for Linux with this laptop, I suggest format and re-install Xubuntu 16.04 or else you will hate Linux bcos of Ubuntu 14.04 OS. Ubuntu 14.04 is not suggested for 5th CPU on any 5th or above Gen CPU, either Ubuntu 16.04 or Xubuntu 16.04. We were facing similar issue on most of Dev laptops and finally installed Ubuntu 16.06 and Xubuntu 16.04 as required, now the laptop are quite fast with Xubuntu 16.04. This laptop has good loud audio compared to other laptop and good display, its sleek. Mouse buttons make loud click noises.

tremendous laptop..... all what u need from a lappy... absolutely fast,,durable..best for office n personal use... no issues faced uptill now.... only one thing,, the keys do not lit in dark n nor does the SYMBOL at the back... speakers are very average,, but good performance with headphones,,, camera quality is pretty good. I don't do gaming at all. very very good laptop,,strong n durable n meant for office as well as personal

Writing review after 20days of usage. Laptop is working fine.. it was Ubuntu system but I replaced it with Windows that's good. I want to mention that when I received laptop there was no charger inside with. I called to customer care and Flipkart gave a coupon of Rs. 1300 in my account from which I had to buy the same. This was strange. Pros.. At good price. Good packing. Cons. No charger was in packing .. please confirm No CD of drivers.. which I had to download from Dell site. No lights on keyboard.. so u can't do work in dark. Batter back up 2.5 hours only. Mitesh Honest.

Received the laptop on the 2nd day after ordering. The package had a broken seal ; half of the tape was tampered. It comes in a good built, Ubuntu 14.04 OS for Rs. 25990. Processing is a little slow. Can be a great buy for school students and college students on a budget. I am using it for mobility (15.6" backlit LED display is a con) along with a desktop.
