Hi, i bought this Machine before one month. Installation is little bit late due to festival time. But finaly done. I used this machine for one month. the performance is good. Less noise, less vibration. Goods: Washing quality is good. More options for different typ of clothes Less noise, less vibration simple to operate Drys inside after bath by heavy spin. Bads: More time taking No digital display uses more water and power No best examples or demo for using available options (wet, dry, soft, mix.....etc) In final ....i like the way it washes.....You can go for it.

Dont buy this product . There is no warranty support and no spare available with service centre. Flipkart support is also very pathetic. it is like throwing your money in well . Very bad experience with both Onida and Flipkart for this purchase

I ordered this product on 14th April 2016, I got this machine on 18th April 2016 from Flipkart, delivery was nice with in given time period.installation call received on the same delivery date and person came on very next day after product delivery.i received 2 or 3 calls about delivery, installation from Flipkart as feed back perpose it's quite happy about the product delivery and installation too. Coming to machine performance, it's has been one year completed with successful and smooth functioning.We r daily using this machine, working good with in 6kg load, option with rapid 15 working very nice,hot water and remaining options taking much time around 3 hours like that, overall experience with onida front load washing machine was nice.... Good about machine: 1) machine look 2)rapid 15(option) 3) power consumption 4)dry and spin 5)low noise 6)very less shake on spinning Negative points are very very few for this product negligible for 17k price.

Got my washing machine after 22 day of ordering buy it worth now lil noisy buy in 15000 its front load guy reliable company onida great features don't take lot of time in compare with 25000 ifb or samsung i can say its worth go for it..

Onida service in chennai is very worst, not coming to service the product even after 30 times request raised, beware, dont go for any onida products... Not providing the service for warranty & non warranty... BEWARE

but then i should've known this all the while. It is nice, uncomplicated machine. Now that I've started observing, the noise during its spin is on the higher side and it takes a long while (for anything other than the rapid 15" mode) to wash. I'm quite happy with it so far - it has been about 2 months since I've been using it.

Product OK.. Delivery also fine but installation done after 11days of delivery..... Onida is not that serious to provide their customers with proper feedback and their engineers ..... God should save us from them.. Flipkart should seriously look into it as they r giving them their platform to sell things.. All the best for installation for those who r thinking to buy this ...... Rest all OK...great deal at an amazing price.

1. The Product is awesome we can say beauty with brain. 2. Sufficient for 5-6 members alternate day washing. 3. Good service by flipkart and Onida. Prompt installation and demo within 24 hours 4. Timely delivery by bluedart but delivery boy was stupid. 5. Very Good Demo given by the persons sent by onida. The onida service person was very cooperative while demo and installation. Even they lift the machine to first floor. 6. Dont take tension go for it. Very good product at this price even parts are same with foreign brands.

Very lucky to get front door in this price. It almost more than 3 months. Working properly in good condition. Thanks Flipkart.
