Carrier is one of the most reliable brands in air-conditioning and truly this model is value for money. I've taken this buying decision after much research and at the end I'm happy with my decision. It's WiFi enabled AC so you can operate it from your mobile screen after Carrier App download and one time initial setting. I've successfully tried and found it very useful. Cooling is nice. Recommended for max room size up to 120 sq.ft.. Just go for it.

Carrier is a good brand as far as air conditioners are considered. Some of the lucky guys have successfully completed wifi connection with their phones but I couldn't even though I tried n number of times. It doesn't matter but their app and procedure really sucks. Cooling is good and noise level is ok. Installed by the very good carrier guys. Just charging Rs 500. Kerala Palakkad. Shipping was super fast and got in delivered on the fifth day and installed on the 8th day. Except wifi and heavyweight outdoor unit it was a good purchase.

Flipkart delivery was very quick. Installed in two days. Installation charge only 500Rs. For wall support stand they charged 700Rs. AC cooling is very good. It have more functions like Timer-on, Sleep, etc which are very useful. Energy consumption seems high for me, maybe it’s the same issue for all AC’s, you have to pay 2k extra electricity bill monthly for a minimal use. It’s an inverter AC. I recommend this product.

installation guy came and first thing he told me was it cant be installed at the place i want it to be placed. so i had no option but to ask the guy what to do. he told me he will drill 2 holes in the wall(separate walls) and take the cooling copper line all the way through living room to outside the house which by the way looks pretty out of place and shabby. after being done with the installation he handed over me with a bill of 6714 Rs. which was for 15ft extra copper pipe he used for installation. if this is how you want to extort money out of customers then for me its better to go for other companies and products as most of other companies provide free installation. i am not happy to buy this product and will advise others to not to buy it. after being logged a complain with carrier customer agent all i got was " we will try to make the experience better". really disappointed.

cooling of this ac is very good 1 ton ac is cooling my room of 125 sq. ft. in just 10 minutes. very prompt service by flipkart. Delivered in 2 days and installed by carrier in 2 days. Carrier is known for its cooling. It's best ac. outdoor unit gives less sound

very first delivery by flipkart and carrier installation was done very nicely and properly cooling in the room is excellent

installation agents were highly unprofessional they didn't show up despite of several call. the installation done by them disturbs whole symmetry of room. show of room is completely lost

very dissatisfied cooling efficiency, I never expected this kind of product from CARRIER. Better to go with Mitsubishi, no more alternative.

Lovely product with excellent cooling. Got the product within 2 days. I've called carrier Customer care and my ac got installed the next day as flipkart has scheduled my ac installation after 2 days. Just go for it.

Till Now now issues. Cooling perfect, minimal noise.
