NOTE : This perticular "Vu MODEL" is not available in any of the outlets for a reason. When all the other models of "Vu" are sold in stores why this perticular model is only available online??? FLIPCART must STOP encouraging such approach of pushing failure models into the market! BEST PART: The installation person would come only after 10 days... That is only after the return policy date is over.... So u get to see your TV after the return policy date expires.... Ive raised a complaint and it's of no use... NOW IT'S MY TURN TO GO TO A CONSUMER COURT against FLIP CART....! I'AM LEFT WITH NO CHOICE :) you still want to buy its your wish!!

I am been Purchasing online products from Flipcart for the past 5 yrs very happy with the Service. Recently purchased Vu 65 inches Android 4k smart tv ,one of the best TV I had ever seen.I had almost took 3 months to Finalise this TV ,compared all other TV and Vu TV is the best in the 65 inches Model in Terms of Picture quality 100% Sound Quality 100% TV looks 200% gigantic and Very sleek in nature. Hats off to Flipcart for on time Delivery and Installation on same day thanks to Jeeves consumer services Engineer Mr Solomon ( Best Engineer who explained about the Specification and features. Once again Hats off Flipcart and WoW to Vu 65 inches smart Android 4k TV.

I bought this TV and received the delivery on Saturday 10 November, the installation date given by Jeeves Eng. co. 11 November, rescheduled by Jeeves 12 November, on 12th November they rescheduled to 13 November and again rescheduled by them 14th November, they gave the name of engineer HITESH PATEL, with his phone number, so I call him to comedown for installation, his response : " I HAVE THE DAY OFF, I CAN NOT COME". I call Jeeves Eng. ok we send some one today to take care of it, no one came and Jeeves rescheduled for 15th November till at this time about 2.00 pm nobody show up. Flipkart does not have after sales service. I paid over Rs.70,000.00 against only TV set and not enjoying till this time. Flipkart used customer money without interest and without any after sales service. Flipkart and Jeeves Eng. Company making FUN OF IT.

android version has many glitches. sound goes on and off and sometimes, turning off power is required to get internet working. otherwise it's a great TV I guess people should go for the non-android smart version. my friend has one and no problems there. plus there is no HDR support as well

Hi All, Just wanted to update all the buyers who are buying this TV and having issues in running Netflix or other apps i found the solution tested it after a bit of searching , You can run it via Firestick (Amazon Fire TV Stick with Voice Remote) please note it should be with voice or model no this sku202783 for Firestick or above I had bought 6 vu TV from flipkart this TV is good but none has an idea about its functionality and even the remote voice is not working the jeeves team try to help you but let me tell you, you are on your own use your own brains and dont go what they say For all things the answer is we will replace your TV as if some function is not working they have no clue some issues can be resolved without replacement as it is not easy task for the vendor and the genuine buyer to go with the process In all TV processing speed is awesome and great buy

excellent panel and good quality picture ! android Google assistant also available ! excellent value for money ! will not match sony android tv's but then there's also a huge price difference ! And given its price it's worth every penny of it
