Worst Product Please spend another Rs 700 to 1200, and buy a Whirlpool or LG or etc.. Godrej ac is very low in cooling, long time to take room cool, even the room size is 9x10. As I have another ac of whirlpool. Which will get room cool with in 5 minuts. Cool air will through on you at initially, so I feel the chill from 1st second onwards. But, this AC will take time, as it cooling gradually increase and almost it will take 30 to 45 minuts to get room cool. As AC feels not worth. Even this is 5*rating, no such real power saving in this machine. I have intimated to service team. They answered as it is the same, we can not do anything. Worst product. Don't buy

It's not copper...Instead Aluminium..nowhere I have seen this written in flipkart..It should be included in specifications

Cooling is good. And 5 star seems to be electricity efficient. Need to confirm it on next electricity bill. But the noise is irritating. The compressor sound is less, but there is some noise from ac indoor unit like, water falling on an aluminum foil sheet. That is so irritating.

Review after 5 days of usage: If you are looking for a blockbuster cooling this is not going to be it. May be because of its aluminium condenser and also probably because of its 1 ton capacity (I am using it in a 107 sq ft room). But it has the greenest coolant ever (no ozone depletion and almost zero global warming). Has silent operation and does a decent job. Would have been better with a copper condenser. Review after 6 months usage: very good. cooling is ample even at 24 degrees, low fan speed. very low power consumption after using it more than 8 hours per day.

The AC is a great addition to our house. It cools fast, works well. BUT one issue with the installation: It wasn't economic at all. It costed around Rs. 8000 to get it installed. I went through the Godrej Officials sent by flipkart for the installation. Their charges detailed as below: 1. Rs 2000 for Electrical Materials 2. Rs. 1500 for Installation 3. Rs 2500 for a stabilizer 4. Rs. 1500 for a mount for the split part of the AC Do these numbers look right? Is this what they should be charging? I got suspicious because they didn't provide a bill.

I am writing this survey post 1 year of usage. Firstly AC received with bended air blade. However I kept it as is because no major impact on Cooling. 1 service was smooth.. however now I am struggling a lot to get 2nd service done in warranty. I booked service around 3 weeks back. Ticket remained open for two weeks against service TAT of 48 hours. Then ticket got closed without service. Called service centre and complained about it. But they simply raised another service request for me. Now it's been 1 week now and still no service yet. Contact centre just provided service centre number and no other solution provided. Now service centre manager is also not picking up the call. What a pathetic service from Godrej. Take mindful decision before buying this product.
