I should have given 5 star, if not for the bad installation which lead to AC replacement. Other it's a very good AC. Best part is the carrier customer support,very prompt response to installation and they did not charge me for reinstallation. Always ask for bill when the installation guy's charge you for extra parts. Another thing is that people complaining about AC not shutting down. People should realize that it is an function of the AC were flap close half way with blower on. This will remove all the moisture inside the AC and not allow fungi growth. The flaps will close and ac will shutdown in 1 minute.

Delivery was super quick, but the price of the product dropped 2 days after I ordered the AC, which really doesn’t make me feel like I got it for a good price.

product seems good but not Good built quality, lots of plastic, outdoor unit grill is also plastic which will break in outdoor condition. indoor unit is quite light in weight. cooling is good but installation was not good due to which have to call service engineer twice in a month

Awesome delivery from flipkart and Mind blowing product at this price range from carrier. Installation was average like all others. A perfect cooling giant. I have installed it in my 176 sqft top flored bedroom. It makes chilled in just 15 mnt though the outside temp is 38 degree. Lets see how it perform when the temp will reach its highest. A must buy product. Fully satisfied.

Value for Money! Purchased this 2 ton 5 star Carrier AC on May, 2021. This was installed in my drawing room and installation was quick and effective. Delivery was smooth. Now coming to the product: #5star energy rating is beneficial to save up electrical consumption. #It just takes 10 minutes to cool down the atmosphere for 250-300 sq.ft room. #Easy to operate and the features are simple. #Convertible features help to adjust the mode the way you want. #Brand value product. Timely delivery, super fast Installation. Cooling is amazing, I'm operating it at 24 degree C and even at this temperature it is giving a comfortable feeling. Build quality could be more tough, outdoor unit is quite bulky. I expected a 4 way cooling system but it only has 2 way, horizontal louver are manually operated. Remote control is having some features which are not part of the unit, such as follow me feature.
