I purchased my 1st front load washing machine from BPL. I have used Top load from last 10 years and going for Front load washing machine is an excellent experience . Strongly recommend the same.

I am using this machine for last 20 days , excellent product, value for money. very good Wash quality Silent Makes some noise when in full speed water efficient , maximum water use is 50 lts, Quick wash is good option. Having Warm water facility Improvement : Does not show the status except time remaining Warm water off facility is too compilcated.

Machine was delivered by Flip kart promptly in nicely packed condition. Installation was made as per schedule also satisfactorily. The machine being delivered on 27 th May and installed on 29 th May.So far used the machine for 6 occasions and i find its performance satisfactory. It cleans much better than top loaded automatic machines. Entanglement of cloth is much less compared to top loaded. It consumes much less water. As i have used it with less quantities of cloth, its noise level, as complained by many users, was not very high during spinning at 1200 rpm. However when wash load is on higher side, spinning sound increases. It is a very good machine from BPL at this price. Look wise and programme option wise it may be not sophisticated but very simple. it is good worth of Money. Only point is that the drum size appears to be small compared to the capacity of 7.5 KG.

I bought two front-loads i.e. this one and LG FH0B8NDL22 and I'll say that if you have a dedicated place for the washing machine in the bathroom or anywhere away from the living room and your budget is 20k, then you'll want to pick this over any other brand as this will give you the best bang for your buck as it's the only 7.5 kg front-load you can get under 20k. Quality doesn't seem to have any compromises and is on par with other brands like LG and I was actually surprised about it. Now, as it's a belt driven drum like most of the other brands except for LG, it makes a constant "hum" (like a treadmill) during its functioning. It's not bothersome but it's there in the background. It does make a little noise and vibrates but that's supposed to happen. I'm letting you all know as I've seen people complaining for no reason, mostly first-time buyers. Anyway, packaging was good and it was delivered very well. It'll be quite heavy so make sure that you have the manpower to lift and it will require a 16A plug. Important during installation, make sure that the installation executive unbolts those 4 anchor bolts that are behind the washing machine, holding the drum into place to prevent damage while shipping. Also, make sure the washing machine is leveled and sitting evenly on the floor. The washing machine has adjustable stands so make sure it is leveled properly to avoid excessive noise and vibration. Please read the user manual at least once before using it instead of asking the service executive questions. Don't just throw in clothes right after installation as it is necessary to clean the drum itself and please refer to the user manual for further instructions. Highly recommended.

Excellent machine at this price. Initially I was vary how would it turn up to be given it low cost and a fading brand - BPL but I was totally wrong. The machine works well and the clothes have come up much cleaner than my previous semi automatic washing machine. Sound too is quite low, almost silent except when spinning at high speeds. Go for it without a second thought.

The best washing machine we have ever owned. Washes well. Clothes feel fresh. No lint like we had after every wash on our earlier Samsung. Just excellent

Free Installation was done. Although the machine looks smaller than the claimed capacity of 7.5KG its good to use till now. Great value of price. Yes it does have heating option.

Excellent qualty superb service , awesome product . Using this product since last 3 mths . Nocomplaint at all . Washing quality is superb . Other brands charge 30 k to 45 k for 7.5 kg machines . Will definately promote this product to other customers

nice product... value for money (one of the best part) nice wash, beside capacity is slightly less than a usual 7.5 kg machine. make some extra noise in faster speeds fully automatic and compact, consume very less space (one of the best part) optimum use of water additional fetures- warm water quick wash overall a satisfactory package....
