After 1 week i bought this product , the price reduced from 62k to 53k !!!!! It is a really good laptop for 62k , but at 53k it is a steal !!!!!!!!!

I am writing this review after 1 and a half month of usage. Pros. (as I observed) Great display. Great design. Great backlit keyboard. Upgraded to 16gb ram and performance is too good in editing photos and videos on Adobe Photoshop and premier pro. Graphics and processor is great and much cheaper and good than NVIDIA and core i5. Battery Good for normal use and gaming at this price range. Cons( faced some problems) Seal was broken.(no damage or scratches found) Wifi doesn't connect when charger is plugged on.( later I download wifi adapter from Acer and didn't update so now working fine) Gets heated while editing pictures on Photoshop. Nitro sense doesn't open many times.( till now uninstalled and reinstalled 4 times.) So now when I on my laptop first I start nitro sense before starting any work. Backlit goes off every 30 seconds after bios update. HDD is little bit slow.But it's OK. USB slots are very tight. U need to put some force to insert and remove USB...u need both the hands to hold laptop and pull anything inserted to USB slots. Conclusion : Since this is a budget laptop I'm giving it 5 ratings. Becoz u have no other options at this prize. And this product is great if u have good knowledge about laptop and if u know to solve problems yourself.

I strongly advise everyone here to not purchase this or any other product from seller ‘Tech-Connect Retail Private Limited (Retailnet)’. I got conned not once, but twice. The Product serial number they update on their invoice does not match with that on the laptop. As a result, Acer will not provide warranty during registration as Acer would seek your invoice from Flipkart. When they see that your Product Serial Number on the invoice is not matching with that on the laptop, they will decline warranty. I raised this concern with Flipkart through numerous calls, emails and follow-ups. So, I was advised to send back the laptop for replacement as weirdly, the seller cannot generate another invoice alone, but can only cancel the existing order and create a new invoice, with another replacement laptop. Hence, I sent back the laptop and after 2 days, received a replacement laptop and guess what??? Incorrect invoice again!! I have all of this recorded on video, right from the first laptop unboxing to the second one, and a video of the E-Kart delivery guy itself stating that Flipkart does this regularly ever since they merged with Walmart. I’m sure Flipkart won’t post this review here so I’m going upload all the videos of this con game their playing on YouTube and Facebook. They give you those discounts as they know that very few people would know these intricacies and only in the event of running into issues with the product would they realize this con game as by then the return period is also over. As for me, I’m left with a system that has no warranty and the seller even tried to compensate me with peanuts to keep this system. I’m also going to share this fraudulence with Consumer Court.

Used it for 10 days now. Design is brilliant, the top surface has Carbon Fibre like finish and LED backlit keyboard also looks good. It has a full size keyboard which is good, although the buttons are a bit small. The full HD screen is nice to view from all angles and is bright enough for good quality viewing at full brightness. Acer has bundled Nitro Sense software with it which is good for easily switching performance profiles and to monitor the health of the laptop. I haven't played any game or have done any graphics intensive work on it yet so can't speak much about the GPU or CPU performance at heavy workload. The battery life could have been better, I have got about 3 hours of life with regular usage i.e using MS office and I feel like the battery drain a bit faster than expected. The trackpad is very responsive and it does have 2 tactile keys at the bottom to work as left and right click although you can't see them due to the finish. One thing that I don't like about it is the length of the power cord which is laughably short, you'll need to be sitting within a few feet of a power source. Since I haven't done any gaming yet so can't say much about heading, although I have not faced any hearing issues with normal usage yet. Overall I feel like this is a good deal for the price at which I got it @ 45k. There is no better laptop at this price range spec wise and since it has been launched in July 2018 it's the latest budget gaming laptop as of now.

I contacted multiple times. Customer service is very poor they have raised a complain but they can't provide me complain number. Try to escalate this they disconnect while placing me on hold. I had a word with Acer customer support they said they haven't received any complain. I gonna go consumer forum if they don't roesolve my issue.

The laptop is very good. Ventilation and cooling makes gaming efficient. Graphics are better than 1050gtx, but for playing games without lag goto Radeon settings ,then to gaming and add the game. After this goto system->switchable graphics-> change from running apps to installed apps. Select the game icon or if not present browse it and use high performance this will make the laptop use rx560 as graphics processor and not the integrated one and games run without any lag. Also use fans at max speed for better performance. The processor is very fast comparable to i5 7300hq even better. Overall it is a good gaming laptop in budget and worth buying.

Great Laptop in this price range. For the complete performance you have to plug it to the power supply and play the games. On battery you will get only 1/4th of the performance.You can play many AAA titles like quantum break and battlefield. Fortnite can be played on epic when plugged in. Overall Satisfied.
