Not bad. Takes more than 45 min to wash but indicator shows 45 min. Takes nearly 70 min. Wash quality is decent. Whirlpool guy told me only to use liquid detergent for best results. Delivery and installation was on time. The service guy insisted I buy the washing machine stand from him which is another 2k. Overall happy, this is my experience so far. Will update later after a couple of months

Too good

It is too noisy, like industrial machine. Also leakage is a common problem. Had bought in 1st week of Oct and since then co's engineer has visited thrice for leakage. Seems company has used sub-standard material

I was in confusion, whether to buy IFB, Whirlpool or LG. The only issue was IFB with only 2 years comprehensive warranty. But, both LG and Whirlpool had 10 years extended Motor warranty. I went to 4 showrooms, before ordering it from flipkart. Everybody, was saying, LG is best. Luckily, I have my flatmate's friend working in LG Sales. We inquired about it and got to know that LG gives special discount to the showrooms, if they sell LG products. I am not saying LG is bad, probably the best. But, to me brand value of Whirlpool is better when comes to washing machine. Now, comes to product and delivery: First of all, the delivery was very fast. The machine was delivered with in 24 hours. It's been close to 1 week, I am using the machine. The "Express way" feature is very good. It significantly reduces the number of cycles by 30 to 40%. It has separate options for bedsheets, heavy and daily clothes. It has internal memory for timer, in case if the electricity goes in between. It starts from the point, from where it stopped. I liked the built and color of the machine. I got this machine for total 16k with 1500 for my old machine. No complaints till now!!!

This is not for the product, but the service provided by Flipkart. Even after receiving the product nearly 10 days later, no further communication was made regarding the installation process. I wish I could have rated this product based on my experience but unfortunately Flipkart doesn't seem to be giving me an opportunity for that! Now we'll have to contact any local guy to begin with the process and if any damage occurs, who will be held responsible for that?!

I ordered the product on Saturday night and the washing machine was delivered on the next day and after one day the demo /installation.So I m very happy by choosing flipkart..I feel very reliable service by flipkart.Now a days I prefer everything before I go to any store.The product is very nice...I was using whirlpool as I was using it earlier..This model wash your cloth very clean .So you can go for it without thinking a lot and comparing with other brand or model-)..

We bought this washing machine as we had loyalty towards Whirlpool products. There is lint problem and all the cloths get spoilt while washing. We bough this machine because tech spec said it has lint filter. After much of hardship we found that there is no lint filter ..!! in this product. We asked for company engineers visit to demonstrate the lint filter and there is none..!! Company service engineer also admitted that whirlpool top loading machine are not fitted with lint filter. Product instruction manual does not speak about lint filter. Manufacturer is conveniently silent about lint filter. I had three products from Whirlpool and in future - No more whirlpool . This is not an honest manufacturer.

Delivered Product on time and the product is good with no damages and working well till now no problem, I am happy with the product performance till now without any problem, I am suggesting buy this product compared to other brand like Samsung etc...

Amazing product my wifey loved it.Best product from the brand... Washing quality is good.. Fan speed is good for dry.. Take usal time of 40-45min for hard wash.. Service is good..

I got this Product for myself and it's been 3 months the Machine is running absolutely fine and the quality of the wash is perfect !!! M very happy and satisfied with this Machine and will recommend for a smaller family of 3 or 4.... once again thanks to Team Flipkart..Fabulous work !!!
