i am more than happy to shop from flipkart,, the best experiance delivery was done with previous notice service call from whirlpool post delivery within hr.. we were given demo and installation from whirlpool service person and belive me he called us himself and cherry on top the washing machine is best i had previous i was using lg top load this one is better..no vibration and very less noise,,works faster..and gr8 deal ..keep it up ...

I had ordered this machine frm Flipkart as the price quoted on Flipkart was the cheapest among others. The best part was the exchange offer. I wud have never got such offer anywhere else. The product description was correct and the delivery was prompt and ontime as always is on Flipkart. Machine installation was also done on time. The machine is good to handle and has decent looks. Unlike some machines which are full packed functions which at times create confusion, this machine has less functions, so its easy to understand. Well washing part is also nice as Whirlpool has that agitator wash. Over all, four stars for whirlpool and five stars for flipkart.

First of all thanks to flipkart for faster and timely delivery. Afterwards,they quickly send the engineer for demo and installation. So far the machine is working properly and we are happy with the performance of the product.

I have purchased this top loader washing machine on 23rd January and it got delivered on 27th January. Good Performance so far. Benefit of top loader is that you can add more clothes in between the process. I got it only for 15K after combining offers available on Flipkart which was the best deal available only on flipkart.

its more than a month and i use more than ones each day.most irritating problem is vibrations like some demolition going on by the machine."self balancing" feature if cloths are distributed un evenly is very poor. during the spin you have to be infront of machine and if too much vibrations then you have to distribute cloths evenly else i am sure your neighbors will come home asking whats that sound. it happend to me. * i have tried all options like with stand without stand. no doubt your machine come walking or rolling to living room from utility space during spin if you put on machine and forget it. its needs monitoring

please dont buy whrilpool washing mechines. becase ur not using whrilpool stabiliser and ur not using whrilpool washing power and spare is very very high. if any body proof these i can pay 10000

I got damaged product for which return process was going pretty slow by vendor. After I escalated the issue with Flipkart, damage product was replaced in 2 days. Good job flipkart. Regarding Machine, it is one of the best in it's segment.
